Excellent location, but finding it closed and without other info on the door in the middle of summer and on Saturday evening is disappointing.

In an enchanting landscape, the manager who guides the visitors is very kind. Financial support is needed to restore and modernize the functionality of the instrumentation and logistics. The experience is very suggestive as well as instructive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo visitato l'osservatorio con un gruppo di amici. Esperienza davvero di valore, che ha appassionato anche i meno "fan" dell'argomento. Circa due ore di racconti e di osservazioni astronomiche che hanno rapito i nostri occhi e le nostre orecchie. Il grande telescopio e la cupola ruotante hanno reso l'atmosfera ancora più intrigante. Tutti eravamo d'accordo che il costo del biglietto fosse troppo basso per l'esperienza. La guida esplicita una passione e un interesse che trasmette con un lessico semplice, affascinante e divertente. Un'esperienza assolutamente da vivere per chi si ritrova nelle vicinanze di questo fantastico osservatorio che meriterebbe di essere maggiormente valorizzato.
We visited the observatory with a group of friends. A truly valuable experience, which has fascinated even the least "fans" of the subject. About two hours of tales and astronomical observations that have captured our eyes and our ears. The large telescope and the rotating dome have made the atmosphere even more intriguing. We all agreed that the ticket cost was too low for the experience. The guide explicitly expresses a passion and an interest that transmits with a simple, fascinating and fun vocabulary. An experience to live for those who find themselves in the vicinity of this fantastic observatory that deserves to be better appreciated.

Il personale, volontario, che segue l'osservatorio è molto preparato e disponibile a spiegazioni extra su tutto quello che sarà possibile vedere (in base alle condizioni meteo ovviamente)! L'ingresso è di 3 euro a persona, davvero poco rispetto a ciò che vedrete... Lo consiglio vivamente e spero nel tempo incrementino il numero di visite!

At least once in your life you must visit this pearl of the Molise mountains!
The volunteer staff that follows the observatory is very prepared and available for extra explanations on everything that will be possible to see (depending on the weather conditions of course)! Admission is 3 euros per person, very little compared to what you will see ... I highly recommend it and I hope over time to increase the number of visits!
