APPREZZO MOLTO IL LORO ARROSTO DI CARNE, CHE VIENE SERVITO IN PICCOLI BRACIERI IN MODO TALE CHE LA PIETANZA SI MANTENGA SEMPRE CALDA, NONCHE' LA FRESCHEZZA DEI LATTICINI E LA BONTA' DELLE PALLOTTE CACIO E UOVA. ALTRO PUNTO FORTE E' LA GENTILEZZA DI TUTTO IL PERSONALE. CI RITORNERO' VOLENTIERI E SPERO AL PIU' PRESTO. I HAVE BEEN SEVERAL TIMES BOTH AT LUNCH AND DINNER AT IL GINEPRO DI CAPRACOTTA RESTAURANT AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT. I VERY APPRECIATE THEIR ROAST OF MEAT, WHICH IS SERVED IN SMALL BRACIER POTS SO THAT THE DISH IS ALWAYS KEPT HOT, AS WELL AS THE FRESHNESS OF THE DAIRY PRODUCTS AND THE GOODNESS OF THE CACIO AND EGG BALLOTS. ANOTHER STRONG POINT IS THE KINDNESS OF ALL THE STAFF. I WILL GENTLY RETURN AND I HOPE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Piatti della tradizione molisana si mescolano a piatti tipici della cucina italiana, creando un connubio perfetto. Ottimi i formaggi, i salumi e la carne: tutti rigorosamente a km zero. Menzione speciale per le pallotte cacio e ova e per I fegatini in umido: un must della cucina molisana. Ottimo il rapporto qualità - prezzo; veloce il servizio ai tavoli, con personale gentile ed efficiente. Lo consiglio vivamente a quanti volessero trascorrere una piacevole parentesi culinaria in una delle località più suggestive della nostra bella Italia. I have known the restaurant "Il Ginepro" for some time and every time it is a guarantee. Traditional Molise dishes mix with typical Italian dishes, creating a perfect combination. Excellent cheeses, cured meats and meat: all strictly zero km. Special mention for the cacio e ova pallotte and the stewed livers: a must in Molise cuisine. Excellent quality-price relation; fast table service, with friendly and efficient staff. I highly recommend it to those who want to spend a pleasant culinary interlude in one of the most evocative places in our beautiful Italy.

Lo staff preciso, cordiale e attento a tutte le nostre esigenze. I piatti sono ben presentati, decisamente deliziosi e abbondanti. Da ritornarci! E a concludere un tiramisù della casa davvero goloso. Bravi tutti. At the restaurant il ginepro of the Capracotta hotel we ate an abundant and tasty first course of homemade gnocchi with meat sauce and a mixed roast accompanied by field vegetables ... all excellent. And to conclude a really delicious homemade tiramisu. Good job, everyone.
