M	Marcella Pezzarossa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo essere sincera, mi sono trovata proprio male in questa clinica, a parte il modo di fare del personale e dei medici che sembra siano lì a produrre guarnizioni, non hanno umanità, empatia. La mia cagnoletta è stata seguita da loro, non sono riusciti a darmi una diagnosi dopo aver speso tantissimi soldi Inoltre dopo un mesetto abbiamo chiamato tutti i giorni più di una volta, ma non rispondeva nessuno, avevamo la nostra cagnolina che peggiorava ed essendo in cura da loro, volevamo farle fare una visita, ci abbiamo impiegato tre settimane per riuscire a metterci in contatto con loro, per poi sentirci dire che o andava il lunedì alle 8.30 o niente visita... Per concludere, carissimi, freddi glaciali, poco professionali, sconsiglio nel modo più assoluto!!!! To conclude, dear ones, freezing cold, unprofessional, I absolutely do not recommend !!!!

Ho avuto la fortuna di trovare la dottoressa ILARY, bravissima nel suo lavoro, molto competente, gentile, molto premurosa e di cuore. Tutte le persone con cui ho avuto e ho tutt’ora a che fare sono molto gentili, dalla receptionist bionda gentile e simpatica, alla dottoressa con i capelli corti che ha avuto molta pazienza ogni volta che ha dovuto misurare la pressione alla mia gatta. Anche per la chirurgia ho avuto un ottima esperienza. Sono attrezzati per tutti i tipi di esami, chirurgia e anche per la riabilitazione post intervento. Ottima esperienza. Like all medical facilities, you need to be lucky enough to find competent people. I was lucky enough to find Dr. ILARY, very good at her job, very competent, kind, very caring and heartfelt. All the people I have had and still have to do with are very kind, from the kind and nice blonde receptionist to the short-haired doctor who was very patient every time she had to take my cat's blood pressure. I also had a great experience for surgery. They are equipped for all types of examinations, surgery and also for post-surgery rehabilitation. Great experience.

C	Colette Townsend on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend this veterinary enough. I took our little black kitten Lena here to get her vaccines, microchip and travel documents to fly to Portugal. Both vets I saw were extremely helpful, and did everything they could to ensure she would make it on the plane in a short time frame despite complications with our UK residency. They care deeply about the animals over anything else - reasonably priced, friendly, genuinely great people. Thank you so much for making her journey to our new home comfortable and stress free. Here is a picture of her after her flight safely arrived (she slept through landing and take off).
