La clinica veterinaria,dove porto il mio cane, è molto più efficiente e rispettosa.
Horrible experience! ... I don't even want to go into details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza orribile. Ho porto la mia moglie con forti dolori (piangeva). Aspettato per più di 6 ore... Dopo sei ore ancora niente. Il personale che sta sul cellulare, a ridere e scherzare. Decidiamo di andare via senza ricevere assistenza. Vergognoso
Horrible experience. I carried my wife in severe pain (she was crying). Waited for more than 6 hours ... After six hours still nothing. Staff on cell phones, laughing and joking. We decide to leave without receiving assistance. Shameful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro al PS alle 17 per problemi di affaticamento anche a stare in piedi; abbandonata su una sedia senza che verificassero le mie condizioni di salute fino alle 2:30 di notte, quando ho deciso di lasciare l'ospedale. Il personale arrogante e scortese, 10h di attesa e non sono stata MAI considerata, un incubo! Sanità pubblica del centro Italia peggiore di quella del Sud Italia!
I enter the PS at 5 pm due to fatigue problems, even standing up; abandoned in a chair without my health being checked until 2:30 am, when I decided to leave the hospital. The arrogant and rude staff, 10h of waiting and I have NEVER been considered, a nightmare! Public health in central Italy worse than in southern Italy!

Portata in ambulanza alle 4,30 di notte per forti dolori dopo un intervento e dimessa alle 15.
Fatta eco e analisi ho aspettato più di 8 ore la visita di un chirurgo. Le infermiere/i tutte scortesi e maleducate ai massimi livelli a partire dalla prima che mi ha fatto le analisi del sangue che sbuffava e che mi ha fatto un male cane nel fare il buco. Tutto il resto del personale uguale. Ho chiesto più volte di poter bere e mi veniva risposto di sì e poi sparivano tutti o mi passavano davanti facendo altro e qualcuno addirittura con in mano il cellulare.
Alla fine mi è stato “concesso” mezzo bicchiere d’acqua per prendere due pasticche enormi. Roba da matti. Sbuffavano anche per accompagnarti in bagno. Al cambio turno stessa storia.
Uniche persone gentili il chirurgo che mi ha visitato e la dottoressa con i capelli corti neri e gli occhiali.

After echoing and analyzing, I waited more than 8 hours for the visit of a surgeon. The nurses / all rude and rude at the highest levels starting from the first one who gave me the blood tests that snorted and that made me bad dog in making the hole. All the rest of the staff the same. I asked several times to be able to drink and was told yes and then they all disappeared or passed in front of me doing something else and someone even holding their cell phone.
In the end, I was "allowed" half a glass of water to take two huge tablets. Crazy stuff. They also snorted to accompany you to the bathroom. At the change of turn the same story.
The only kind people were the surgeon who visited me and the doctor with short black hair and glasses.

From 10am till 9pm just for a check
To do some x-ray you have to wait the whole day
And most of the patients talk bafly about the doctors becaus
They dont do theire work as it should be
Talking betwen each other alot and make patients wait more and more
Iv been at this hospital for 2 times but i really hate the long waiting
As a place its clean but as healing they make u suffer alot ......
