Gli sportelli da 1 a 3 sono semi chiusi e quindi maggiormente a tutela della privacy, mentre dal 4 al 16 sono semplici sportelli al pubblico.
Di fronte all'edificio vi sono una manciata di posti destinati al parcheggio per disabili o soste brevi.
