★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È vergognoso che un ospedale così importante come Careggi al numero del centralino generale che deve essere aperto 24 ire su 24 come dice il web. Non risponde mai nessuno. Così come i numeri dei reparti.
Ma un cittadino che ha bisogno di una informazione urgente come deve fare.
Ma questa gente pagata per stare al centralino cosa fa?
Mi rivolgo al direttore generale e gli chiedo di prendere provvedimenti.
 It is shameful that a hospital as important as Careggi has the number of the general switchboard which must be open 24 hours a day as the web says. Nobody ever answers. As well as the numbers of the departments.
But a citizen who needs urgent information as he should do.
But what do these people paid to stay at the switchboard do?
I turn to the general manager and ask him to take action.

And later on Station 2B NO help for the patient... No!
Left alone with pain and diareah for HOURS!
