Arrivata fuori al reparto c'erano assembramenti fuori controllo, mi hanno consegnato un questionario pieno di domande da malati psichiatrici, visita molto veloce, mi hanno prescritto i farmaci di cui mi ero lamentata che non mi facevano effetto! Ho descritto nuovi sintomi che non riguardavano la fibromialgia e non mi hanno saputo nemmeno indirizzare da un altro specialista per il sintomo di cui soffro, insomma trattano da malata di mente CHE NON SONO! Sconsiglio vivamente, chiudete il reparto! Com'è possibile immaginare, occorre fare un iter burocratico tra i vari piani per pagare visita intramoenia o ticket e poi spostarsi in reparto per effettuare le dovute visite. I tempi di attesa risultano sempre un pochino lunghi e il parcheggio è un po' ostico, quindi conviene muoversi con anticipo. Il policlinico offre un buon servizio specialistico, ma bisognerebbe rinnovare gli ambienti che risultano in parte vetusti. Va inoltre specificato che, data la vastità della struttura, le esperienze dei visitatori cambiano molto a seconda della loro situazione personale.
