Non posso che complimentarmi con tutto lo staff dal pronto soccorso a quello del reparto chirurgia/ortopedia per la professionalità e la passione dimostrata nella loro funzione. In proposito non posso tralasciare neanche i "ragazzi" della Misericordia di Vinci, anch'essi bravissimi nel loro operato, avendomi prestato il primo soccorso e trasportato al nosocomio. I was taken to the PS on the afternoon of 8.9. and discharged yesterday afternoon. I can only congratulate all the staff from the emergency room to that of the surgery / orthopedics department for the professionalism and passion shown in their function. In this regard, I cannot omit even the "boys" of the Misericordia di Vinci, who are also very good in their work, having given me first aid and transported to the hospital.

Nessuna umanità per i pazienti, igiene meno 0 Già non era uno dei migliori, ma da quando c'è il corona virus non ci sono più altre malattie .i pazienti vengono trattati peggio delle bestie senza rispetto è dignità umana. Far arrivare a un pazienti a scappare di lì per il modo come viene trattato dal personale e una vergogna. (Una persona che può valutare e decidere. E chi non può!?) Really bad .. No humanity for patients, hygiene minus 0 Already he was not one of the best, but since the coronavirus there are no other diseases. Patients are treated worse than beasts without respect and human dignity. Getting a patient to run away from there for the way he is treated by the staff is a shame. Per me meglio non poteva essere :) grazie di cuore. I gave birth 15 years ago in this hospital! As a foreigner I remember excellent but EXCELLENT work both while I leave and days after. For me it couldn't have been better :) thank you very much.
I	IRENE GIALDINI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso non provare RICONOSCENZA per infermieri, dottori, chirurgo, anestesista e tutto il personale con chi sono venuta a stretto contatto per il ricovero di mia madre.. ho trovato una disponibilità, una umanità davvero incredibili!! Purtroppo la mia mamma a causa del carcinoma ovarico era arrivata in questo ospedale a seguito di complicazioni con una condizione già compromessa e al limite dell’indecenza (e per questo ringraziamo l’ospedale di Prato & Co). Se ne è andata ad agosto. Sapevamo ed era a noi chiaro che i medici non avrebbero potuto fare niente, ma è stato l’unico ospedale che ha deciso di tenerla li, di ricoverarla e garantirgli tutte le cure necessarie.. nonostante tutto. Sono stati sempre gentili, amorevoli, disponibili permettendomi di vederla.. di stare con lei.. di avere sempre un conforto.. LI RINGRAZIEREMO a vita! Un saluto e un abbraccio forte, dal profondo del cuore alla Dottoressa Angela Fedeli che mi ha permesso di stare con mia madre e non lasciarla mai sola! E veramente a tutto lo staff infermieristico che ho trovato.. grazie di cuore da parte di tutta la mia famiglia! I cannot fail to feel ACKNOWLEDGMENT for nurses, doctors, surgeons, anesthetists and all the staff with whom I came into close contact for my mother's hospitalization .. I found a truly incredible availability, humanity !! Unfortunately my mother, due to ovarian cancer, had arrived at this hospital following complications with a condition that was already compromised and bordering on indecency (and for this we thank the Prato & Co hospital). She left in August. We knew and it was clear to us that the doctors could not do anything, but it was the only hospital that decided to keep her there, to hospitalize her and guarantee her all the necessary care .. despite everything. They have always been kind, loving, available allowing me to see her .. to be with her .. to always have a comfort .. WE WILL THANK THEM for life! A greeting and a strong hug, from the bottom of my heart to Doctor Angela Fedeli who allowed me to be with my mother and never leave her alone! And really to all the nursing staff I found .. heartfelt thanks from all my family!

L	L Little on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were taken in immediately and the care was kind and thorough. Despite language barriers, staff were patient and helpful the whole way through. As well, staff went above and beyond to help us and ensure we made it home.
P	Pearl G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent nine days in this hospital. There are many good practitioners here. And some who should not be allowed to look after vulnerable people. The doctor who looked after me was professional, patient and took the time to communicate with me. On the other hand, I was assaulted by a nurse who was trying to forceably put a cannula in my arm after she had burnt me by injecting undiluted steroid into another cannula that was in my hand. This nurse NEEDS RETRAINING. I must say that there are good and bad practitioners in every country, I am from London, (England). I met many good practitioners, in this hospital. I will mention just one trainee auxiliary nurse in particular, who was very professional she showed empathy for the people who were in her care. She took the time whenever possible to talk to the patients in a kind way. I hope that the hospital employs this young woman because she is and will be a very good asset to their professional team. Thank you to all who got me better. Thank you very much to the young woman who showed me kindness. Lastly the food needs desperate improvement. PLEASE, sick people need good nourishment to get better.
