★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on holiday from Australia. Husband got sick and came to the hospital. Medical staff were incredibly helpful and did thorough investigation and found a very serious underlying condition and treated him with the utmost care. Thankful for their great service.

Yes there was waiting involved - there always is at busy emergency departments- but we were seen relatively quickly and found the staff very friendly and helpful in dealing with our medical emergency. Many thanks to San Lucca hospital ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to spend nearly a week in this hospital with a child that got sick during our holidays. The doctors are professional, nurses kind and helpful, the building is new and modern. The only problem is with English - hardly anyone speaks any other language than italian. Be prepare for fast course of Italian ?

They were well organized and paid a lot of attention to hygiene and safety regarding the current situation.
I had to wait about 15min and was then taken care of by very friendly and professional people.

where I was treated like a queen. I was in and out of the hospital in 45 minutes after seeing the skin specialist, who was very nice. He wrote out a prescription and I was on my way. We would never have this kind of service in Canada. My daughter had to visit this hospital the year before and she said she was treated like a queen also. Thank you San Lucca Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used this hospital several times and always are very pleased with the experience. Very modern, highly trained personnel. My daughter was born here, my wife was practiced a c-section and everything was good, the pediatrician controls, the nurses services and all the tests. My experience has been better than in other hospitals in USA and the UK. No surprise infant mortality in Italy is among the lowest in the world if every hospital works like this one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great care taken and am very greatful for the medical assistance I received as a tourist in Italy. It was a 0 hassle experience and it truly shows how superior the healthcare system is in Italy.
Also request if an email id can be updated. I am trying to get my insurer to pay for the treatment in India and they are unable to translate the document and they would like to reach the hospital before processing claims.. Kindly provide or update

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the day hospital and left yesterday evening following surgery. I can not commend all of the staff I encountered, the cleanliness and care enough. Efficient and extremely professional - going out of their way to speak English when they could (even though I understand Italian quite well after 17 years!). I was very impressed and couldn't help compare the abysmal stay I had at Addenbrooke's in the UK in 2005 with this brief visit. Thank you to everyone involved. Brilliant!
