Hanno attivato i reparti 23 pacemaker e 21 radiologia per un mio malore! In questo ospedale il paziente è seguito a 360 gradi! CHAPEAU!! Pavilions 30 competent, polite and efficient staff. Sono quindi stato sottoposto a tutte le analisi del caso da un'equipe competente e premurosa, nonostante il numero di pazienti in attesa. Sono grato a tutti per l' eccellente servizio prestatomi. . I was admitted to the emergency room for a suspected heart attack. I was therefore subjected to all the necessary analyzes by a competent and caring team, despite the number of patients waiting. All'arrivo personale amministrativo scortese, maleducata e Arrogante.... Passato il primo step..... Si prosegue x l'esame accoglienza senza parole con frasi senza senso saccenti e maleducati. Una stella solo perché poi l esecuzione della Pet è stata fatta, credo, bene. A mai più spero Bad experience, sent from another hospital for an exam with documentation reservations done by them .... On arrival rude, rude and Arrogant administrative staff .... Past the first step ..... wordless reception examination with nonsense, pedantic and rude phrases. A star only because then the execution of the Pet was done, I think, well. I hope never again
A	AGI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale adeguatamente preparato; sulla disponibilità dipende dall'umanità di chi si incontra, a volte purtroppo lascia a desiderare. Ho notato con dispiacere che il parcheggio coperto, quello lato pronto soccorso, per una 1/2 ora (mezz'ora!!) di sosta mi ha prelevato 2.60 euro, direi esoso se si pensa che si è lì per curarsi o per trovare degli ammalati. Il parcheggio fa parte di una quelle opere a servizio dell'ospedale e all'ospedale ci vanno anche i meno abbienti, e non si dovrebbe utilizzare per arricchire i bilanci di qualche società privata. La salute non dovrebbe essere uno spremi-contribuente (lo so sono un illuso), ma si sa Bologna è grassa e cara. Puntualizzo anche il fatto che le casse per pagare sono state spostate (non so da quando) nel lato ingresso P.soccorso, allontanandoli dal parcheggio stesso...complimenti per la cavolata! P. s. a quelli che criticano i commenti di critica sull'Ospedale facendo riferimento a confronti con altre realtà d'Italia dico che non è ammissibile ingoiare situazioni problematiche qui perchè in Italia ci sono realtà peggiori. Le cose devono funzionare sempre meglio e non adagiarsi sul fatto che qui ci sarebbero i "fenomeni" mica come al sud. Bisogna lavorare e fare sempre meglio! Properly trained staff; availability depends on the humanity of those you meet, sometimes unfortunately it leaves something to be desired. I noted with regret that the covered parking, the one on the emergency room side, for a 1/2 hour (half an hour !!) parking took me 2.60 euros, I would say exorbitant if you think that you are there to take care of yourself or to find some sick. The car park is part of one of those works at the service of the hospital and even the poorest go to the hospital, and it should not be used to enrich the budgets of some private company. Health shouldn't be a contributor-squeezer (I know I'm deluded), but you know Bologna is fat and expensive. I also point out the fact that the tills to pay have been moved (I don't know since when) to the P.soccorso entrance side, moving them away from the parking lot ... congratulations for the bullshit! P. s. to those who criticize the critical comments on the hospital referring to comparisons with other realities in Italy I say that it is not permissible to swallow problematic situations here because in Italy there are worse realities. Things must work better and better and not settle on the fact that here there would be "phenomena" not like in the south. We have to work and do better and better!
a	alessia zucchini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 anni fa, esattamente il 16/3/2020, in piena pandemia, sono stata operata d’urgenza nel reparto del Dott.Renato Seracchioli. Non volevo essere operata lì in quanto avevo sentito pareri discordanti su di loro, ma il Covid mi ha “imposto” che soltanto li potevo essere operata in tempi brevissimi ….e menomale! A dispetto delle recensioni non sempre positive sul dottor Seracchioli posso soltanto ringraziare lui e tutto il reparto, persone meravigliose che porterò per sempre nel mio cuore, infermiere splendide, sempre disponibili, educate e SORRIDENTI a dispetto del clima teso dovuto al Covid e al fatto di aver subito un intervento importante. Il dottor Seracchioli, leggendo tantissime recensioni, sarebbe dovuto essere schivo, burbero, scontroso ecc ecc invece posso testimoniare che non c’era persona più solare, scherzosa e premurosa di lui, inizialmente non avevo capito, a causa della mascherina, chi era quel medico così simpatico che passava ogni giorno in visita, mai avrei pensato fosse lui…. Invece mi sono dovuta ricredere totalmente. Grazie di cuore per avermi tolto di dosso quel mostro, ora sto BENE! In bocca al lupo a tutti e continuate sempre così, siete speciali! Two years ago, exactly on 3/16/2020, in the middle of the pandemic, I underwent an emergency operation in the ward of Dr. Renato Seracchioli. I did not want to be operated there as I had heard conflicting opinions about them, but Covid "imposed" me that only I could be operated on them in a very short time ... and luckily! In spite of the not always positive reviews about Dr. Seracchioli, I can only thank him and the whole department, wonderful people that I will always carry in my heart, splendid nurses, always available, polite and SMILING in spite of the tense climate due to Covid and the fact of having undergone a major surgery. Doctor Seracchioli, reading so many reviews, should have been shy, gruff, grumpy, etc. etc. Instead I can testify that there was no more sunny, jokey and caring person than him, initially I did not understand, due to the mask, who that doctor was so nice that he spent every day visiting, I never thought it was him…. Instead I had to completely change my mind. Thank you so much for taking that monster off me, now I'm OK! Good luck to all and always keep it up, you are special!
