S	Stefano Piccinini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo serivizo sia dal punto di vista medico (la specialista si é dimostrata non diligente), dal punto di vista organizzativo (il medico non si é presentato all'appuntamento), dal punto di vista della comunicazione (non siamo stati avvertiti e siamo stati scortesemente invitati a ripresentarci) e dal punto di vista del personale alla reception che é davvero di pessimo livello. Posto da evitare assolutamente, non parlo di una sola esperienza ma negli anni sono stato piú volte. Ora basta. Bad service contact from both the medical point of view (the specialist in real practice is not diligent), from an organizational point of view (the doctor did not show up to the appointment), from the point of view of communication (we were not warned and we were rudely invited to resubmit us) and from the point of view of the reception staff that is really bad. A place to be avoided absolutely, I am not talking about one experience but over the years I have been several times. Thats enough.

Nonostante abiti a Reggio Emilia nessuno potrà mai impedirmi di venire al check up, in quanto negli anni la dottoressa ha dimostrato onestà professionale e lungimiranza. Sta seguendo oggi anche mia moglie e le mie figlie adolescenti. La dottoressa agisce per impatto empatico e prende quindi in considerazione non solo l'aspetto dentale ma anche quello psicologico, mettendo così il paziente nelle migliori condizioni. Bravissima lei ed estremamente accogliente il check up. Since 1988 I have been a client of Dr. Paola Neri. Despite the fact that you live in Reggio Emilia, no one can ever stop me from coming to the check-up, as over the years the doctor has shown professional honesty and foresight. My wife and my teenage daughters are also following today. The doctor acts by empathic impact and therefore takes into consideration not only the dental aspect but also the psychological aspect, thus putting the patient in the best conditions. She was very good and the check up was extremely welcoming.

Personale molto gentile, consigliato se si va dai dottori di riferimento. Ovviamente costoso per la libera professione. Small but professional clinic like there are many in the city. E' inconcepibile che non siano dotati di una sala d'attesa per chi ha necessità di stare vicino al paziente ! E quando piove? In caso di maltempo ? E poi impossibile parcheggiare l'auto nelle vicinanze .
