D	DeadlyDoll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ospedale gestito malissimo. in particolare posso riportare l'esperienza al reparto di malattie infettive, dove gli infermieri (qualche rara eccezione esclusa) fanno quello che vogliono, sono insensibili ai bisogni dei pazienti e piuttosto che prendersi cura di loro rischiano solo di arrecare danni e sembra quasi che ti facciano un favore quando arrivano dopo 10/15 minuti che sono stati chiamati... Si vanno a cambiare per smontare mezzora prima della fien del turno, chi monta arriva e ci impiega una mezzora per cambiarsi, lasciando così il reparto scoperto per un'ora intera! Tutto questo naturalmente grazie alla complicità dei medici e del primario che non fanno nulla per sanare la situazione. Condizioni igieniche pessime. Le stanze (tutte da 4 malati + 4 accompagnatori fissi che sono costretti a rimanere sotto insistenza degli infermieri stessi perché dicono di non riuscire a gestire tutti i pazienti da soli...) vengono pulite al mattino e qualche volta parzialmente il pomeriggio. la domenica vengono "puliti" solo i sanitari... NATURALMENTE LA COSA PIU' IMPORTANTE E' CHE SI CURA ESCLUSIVAMENTE IL SINTOMO E NON SI INDAGA SULLE CAUSE PRIMARIE! NATURALLY THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THE EXCLUSIVELY CARE OF THE SYMPTOM AND DOES NOT SEE THE PRIMARY CAUSES! SHAME!

M	Maryana Savchuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giunta al pronto soccorso con un forte mal di pancia, dopo tre ore nella sala d'attesa finalmente mi chiamano. Mi fanno entrare e mi fanno stendere sul lettino. Il medico del pronto soccorso non avendomi vista entrare si rivolge all'infermiere con queste parole:"dov'è quella straniera?!"..... Dopo mezz'ora arriva un altro infermiere per il prelievo. Con tanta noncuranza mi prende il braccio, lo stringe forte con il laccio emostatico e incurante del dolore che mi stava causando prosegue con il prelievo continuando a farmi male anche con l'ago. In tutta la mia vita non sono mai stata trattata peggio di come sono stata trattata in quel pronto soccorso. Mi è rimasta un'ecchimosi sulla zona del laccio emostatico e un ematoma sulla zona del prelievo.Nella vita ho fatto tanti prelievi e non mi era mai uscito un ematoma. Sono tre giorni che non riesco a fare niente con il braccio perché si è gonfiato e fa malissimo. Alla fine dopo avermi fatto aspettare altre tre ore per i risultati delle analisi, mi hanno mandato a casa dicendo che non è di loro competenza trattare il mal di pancia. Siete una vergogna. Finally, after making me wait another three hours for the results of the tests, they sent me home saying that it is not their responsibility to treat stomach ache. You are a shame.
M	Marica Chiacchio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia recensione nn è per i reparti o medici ...ma per il CUP ... organizzazione scarsa alle otto di mattina già terminati i numeri ,persone ammassate nonostante la emergenza covid nn sia terminata, personale poco professionale e scortese, direttore amministrativo e sanitario inesistenti..ho dovuto per forza mettere una stella ma nn ne meriterebbe neanche una .Questa è la sanità .. Hanno subito dato le prime cure, è stato visitato con immediatezza. Si sono attivati per effettuare una trasfusione d’urgenza, il dottore Renato Nocera e tutto lo staff di infermieri sono stati gentili e soprattutto hanno trasmesso a mio padre sicurezza, con la dovuta umanità che il caso richiedeva. Anche la pulizia del pronto soccorso è impeccabile. Gli diamo 5 stelle! We accompanied my dad to the emergency room. Right from the triage, the expertise at the reception was great. Arrogant doctors who did not listen to the family's concerns. They act insulted if you question them. Dirty conditions. No Training of Staff. No precautions for infectious people. Italy is a THIRD WORLD COUNTRY . My heart breaks. Does not even deserve a star.
