Ci hanno dato un CD di una TAC che non funziona e quando siamo andati a chiedere un cambio hanno imbrogliato due persone anziane ridandogli lo stesso identico CD dopo averli fatti aspettare per due ore. Una truffa, da evitare a tutti i costi. Non meritano di fare parte del SSN. Da denuncia.
A bad structure. Rude staff. They gave us a CD of a CT scan that doesn't work and when we went to ask for a change they cheated two elderly people giving him the exact same CD after making them wait for two hours. A scam, to be avoided at all costs. They don't deserve to be part of the NHS. To report.
