Grazie mille a tutti in particolare alla dottoressa Paola ed al Dottor Beretta. In the gynecology department they are very good, polite polite and very professional. They took care of me and my mom. Many thanks to everyone in particular to Dr. Paola and Dr. Beretta.

Anziani in corridoio del pronto soccorso da GG e se chiedono un cuscino o una bottiglia di acqua le os rispondono sgarbate , ti corrono intorno e nn ti vedono è il paziente che deve sempre farsi vedere o andare a chiedere ma tutti si scaricano la responsabilità nessuno sa nessuno fa , però hanno tempo di una sigaretta o un caffè ....meglio pvt ragazzi fate chiudere anche quest ospedale ruba solo soldi allo Stato

Non vorrei tralasciare nessuno...tutti coloro che mi hanno accudito in codesto nosocomio da loro sono stata coccolata e tanto tanto tanto sostenuta con garbo e rispetto come se facessi anch'io parte della grande famiglia. Grazie ancora per tutto l'amore che mi avete trasmesso in questo percorso di vita poco felice. Alla biglietteria dove si paga il parcheggio, alle macchinette, c'è una ragazza sempre gentile, si trova a fianco le macchinette, in un ufficietto, aiuta le persone che sono in difficoltà. Per esempio chi non vede bene e cerca di far entrare il biglietto per pagare, oppure chi non ha moneta per pagare il parcheggio, e teme che la macchinetta li freghi come capita anche, per dire, ai caselli autostradali. E' molto raro di questi tempi trovare persone così. Sottolineo che non centra con l'ospedale in senso di sanità ecc. Certe volte l'esempio viene proprio dall'"esterno" This is not a review of doctors' work, but a very pleasant "external" analysis. Il pronto soccorso è una vergogna!!!Mia madre nonostante fosse arrivata con gravità in ambulanza è stata visitata dopo ben 12 ore da un dottore,per poi essere dimessa e liquidata dopo altre 3 ore senza che il dottore parlasse direttamente con noi familiari! Il bello è che tra infermieri e dottori chiedono rispetto per il loro lavoro ma non meritano rispetto perché sono senza umanità! Ora spero solo che con gli esami che farò fare a mia madre in un altra struttura non esca fuori una gravità che loro hanno preso con leggerezza. This hospital doesn't even deserve a star! The emergency room is a shame !!! My mother, despite having arrived with gravity in an ambulance, was visited after 12 hours by a doctor, only to be discharged and dismissed after another 3 hours without the doctor talking directly to us family! The beauty is that among nurses and doctors they ask for respect for their work but they do not deserve respect because they are without humanity! Volpi il 22/03/2022, ci tengo a premettere che il reparto di otorinolaringoiatra dell’ospedale di Como è un eccellenza nazionale. Il prof. Bignami mi ha consigliato l’intervento quando ancora operava a Varese e pur essendomi trasferito prima all’estero e poi a Firenze ho atteso 4 anni per essere operato da lui anche perché nel frattempo ero stato visitato da altri dottori che mi avevano confermato la diagnosi e confermato il prof Bignami come uno dei migliori esperti in materia a livello nazionale. Nella mia esperienza all’ospedale S. Anna di Como ho riscontrato professionalità, attenzione e disponibilità da tutte le persone con le quali sono entrato in contatto, Dal prof Bignami, eccellenza assoluta, al doc Volpi che mi ha operato e che ringrazio vivamente, al personale infermieristico attento alle esigenze del paziente ed anche al personale, dottori e infermieri dell’ambulatorio che a distanza di 2 settimane dall’operazione, il 5/04/2022, mi hanno visitato e assistito con pazienza( 1 ora di pulizia di croste e controlli vari…) scrupolosità e attenzione, con un approccio professionale ma umano. Preparati e gentili. Consiglio vivamente!!! I underwent FESS surgery with dr. Volpi on 22/03/2022, I would like to premise that the otolaryngologist department of the Como hospital is a national excellence. The professor. Bignami recommended the surgery when he was still operating in Varese and despite having moved first abroad and then in Florence, I waited 4 years to be operated on by him also because in the meantime I had been examined by other doctors who had confirmed my diagnosis and Prof. Bignami confirmed as one of the best experts on the subject at national level. In my experience at the S. Anna hospital in Como I found professionalism, attention and availability from all the people with whom I came into contact, from prof Bignami, absolute excellence, to the doc Volpi who operated on me and whom I warmly thank, to nursing staff attentive to the patient's needs and also to the staff, doctors and nurses of the outpatient clinic who, 2 weeks after the operation, on 5/04/2022, visited and patiently assisted me (1 hour of cleaning of scabs and various controls ...) scrupulousness and attention, with a professional but human approach. Prepared and kind. I highly recommend !!!

They immediately took me in without fuss, even as a tourist from the USA. A short while later I was wheeled into surgery for a balloon & stent procedure, where they saved my life. At every step the manner and professionalism of the nurses and doctors and other staff members at Ospedale Santa'Anna Como, were exemplary - always calm and efficient. I can't imagine being in better hands. Deep gratitude to Dr Russo (cardiologist) and the other doctors and the nurses who treated me.
