Mai più ZERO organization An hour and a half is delayed on a pediatric visit booked 6 months earlier. For an adult it is stressful, imagining oneself for a child! Never again
N	Nancy Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella perché zero non te ne fanno dare ma sconsiglio vivamente il reparto di ginecologia.Ho fatto una visita privata e mi hanno detto di aver avuto un aborto spontaneo ritenuto,sono andata in ospedale venerdì dopo una settimana perché il medico mi aveva detto di aspettare una settimana e poi andare a mettermi d'accordo su un raschiamento.Passo dal pronto soccorso e mi mandano su in reparto. Il medico mi visita e dopo l'ecografia mi dice di tornare lunedì direttamente in reparto per un altra ecografia di controllo perché aveva qualche dubbio e prima di intervenire vuole essere sicuro che la gravidanza sia effettivamente interrotta....oggi (lunedì)sono tornata e mi hanno detto che non possono visitarmi perché non ho l'impegnativa del mio medico. Non credo sia un comportamento corretto,io ora sono preoccupata,nervosa e ancora non so cosa devo fare, andrò in un altro ospedale perché in questo non ci rimetto piede e spero che qualcuno prenderà provvedimenti. I give a star because zero they don't make you give it but I strongly advise against the gynecology department.I did a private visit and they told me I had a miscarriage, I went to the hospital on Friday after a week because the doctor told me to wait a week and then go and agree on a scraping. I go to the emergency room and they send me up to the ward. The doctor visits me and after the ultrasound he tells me to go back on Monday directly to the ward for another control ultrasound because he had some doubts and before intervening he wants to be sure that the pregnancy is actually interrupted .... today (Monday) I returned and they told me they can't see me because I don't have a referral from my doctor. I do not think it is correct behavior, I am now worried, nervous and still do not know what to do, I will go to another hospital because I do not set foot in this one and I hope that someone will take action.
F	Frida Shehu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata ricoverata per 10 giorni nel reparto di pneumologia e voglio ringraziare tutti i medici, infermieri e oss perché sono stati molto gentili, bravi e mi sono sentita nelle mani sicure. I was hospitalized for 10 days in the pulmonology ward and I want to thank all the doctors, nurses and oss because they were very kind, good and I felt in safe hands.

P	Pierluigi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sull'efficienza dell' Ospedale posso dire di essere soddisfatto. A differenza dell' Ospedale di Mestre, dove vieni salassato, qui il Parcheggio è scoperto ma GRATUITO. I can say that I am satisfied with the efficiency of the hospital. Unlike the Mestre hospital, where you are bled, here the parking is uncovered but FREE.
e	ennio tavella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo segnalare la poca disponibilità e maleducazione da parte di una persona del drive throught alla quale ho rivolto una domanda. Fatto un tampone rapido il 03/01 con disponibilità on line il 07/01 del referto, ho provveduto allo scarico. Stranamente al posto del referto compariva una frase che mi informava che per motivi amministrativi non era possibile scaricare e di rivolgersi alla struttura che aveva effettuato il test. Questo ciò che compare sul portale del Ulss 3 ritiro referti in line Mestre Venezia. Ho girato quindi verbalmente la domanda a questo personaggio... mi limito a definirlo così anche se lascio alla fantasia di tutti come invece l'ho considerato, e di tutta risposta ho ricevuto non so niente e non ho tempo. Per fortuna gli 'angeli' come sono stati definiti gli operatori ospedalieri non sono tutti come questo individuo al quale avrei tagliato volentieri le alucce. Vorrei capire, seguendo le indicazioni del sito del Ulss 3, a chi devo rivolgermi per il referto se chi mi deve dare informazioni mi risponde così... I wanted to report the lack of availability and rudeness on the part of a person of the drive throught to whom I asked a question. Made a quick swab on 03/01 with online availability on 07/01 of the report, I proceeded to download. Strangely, a sentence appeared instead of the report informing me that for administrative reasons it was not possible to download and contact the facility that had carried out the test. This is what appears on the Ulss 3 portal for the collection of reports online in Mestre Venice. I then verbally turned the question to this character ... I limit myself to defining him like this even if I leave it to everyone's imagination as I have considered him, and of all the answer I have received I do not know anything and I have no time. Fortunately, the 'angels' as hospital workers have been defined are not all like this individual whose wings I would have gladly cut. I would like to understand, following the instructions on the Ulss 3 website, who should I contact for the report if the person who has to give me information answers me like this ...
m	molto bella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what a pleasant experience we had at this ER. Everyone starting from the guard up front, the receptionist, ER doctor, pediatrician, nurse, orthopedic doctor - everyone were beyond helpful!!! Truly nicest and super genuine people. We came there with our toddler, who fall from the marble staircase . Since we don’t speak Italian, and could easily get lost in the hospital, they made sure we have a nurse, who kindly accompanied us department to department. Each doctor or specialist we met- was very kind and helpful. Not to mention, we were in and out within an hour and a half (registration, Er doctor, pediatrician, X-rays, orthopedic surgeon, again Er doctor, finalizing paperwork)… Unfortunately I don’t know any of their names, except the doctor from ER. Dr Chiara, you are such a sweetheart. Thank you so much for taking such a good care of us!!!!!
