A	Ale Norvegese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia figlia,12anni, ieri è caduta durante gli allenamenti...nn riusciva a muoversi e la caviglia si è gonfiata moltissimo..l'abbiamo portata al PS dove si sono rifiutati di visitarla perché non avevamo il tesserino sanitario ...possibile?? L'addetta all'accettazione ha anche stabilito che nn era niente di grave...ma NON era un medico... L'abbiamo riportata stamattina é, nel tempo di attesa, abbiamo visto entrare ,senza effettuare l'accettazione ,ed essere visitata,una signora amica del medico di turno...l'abbiamo sentita tutti quando l'ha detto...VERGOGNA. Prenderò provvedimenti per il personale in turno . My daughter, 12 years old, yesterday fell during training ... she couldn't move and her ankle swelled a lot .. we took her to the PS where they refused to visit her because we didn't have a health card ... possible? ? The receptionist also determined that nn was nothing serious ... but she was NOT a doctor ... We brought her back this morning and, while waiting, we saw a lady friend of the doctor on duty enter without being accepted and visited ... we all heard her when she said it ... SHAME . I will take measures for staff on duty.

L	Lea Lucchini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ospedale piccolo ma efficiente, ho accompagnato una persona anziana a fare un intervento di cataratta e devo dire che sono stati tutti molto professionali e gentili, anche come tempistica, rispetto ad altri posti sono stati abbastanza celeri. Forse l' unico neo é per le infermiere un po' troppo chiacchierone ma non dovrebbe esserci la privacy? Per il resto bravi, continuate così!!! A small but efficient hospital, I accompanied an elderly person to perform a cataract surgery and I must say that they were all very professional and kind, even in terms of timing, compared to other places they were quite fast. Perhaps the only drawback is for nurses a little too chatty but shouldn't there be privacy? For the rest good, keep it up !!!
L	Laura Origoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che gli orari del CUP non sono aggiornati e non è possibile prenotare telefonicamente..conosco principalmente il reparto oculistico, con personale gentile, ma la tempistica x la cataratta è infinita mentre in altri ospedali è molto più breve I state that the times of the CUP are not updated and it is not possible to book by phone .. I mainly know the eye department, with friendly staff, but the timing for cataracts is infinite while in other hospitals it is much shorter
F	Franca Patrizia Sirianni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ospedale da revisionare, struttura vecchia, personale discreto,dopo lo stress della pandemia (diciamo cosi) dovrebbero essere più corretti e pazienti con i malati, sono stata ben 2 volte in questa struttura ,ho trovato molti cambiamenti , cucina orribile e immangiabile ,adeguarsi!!! Hospital to be overhauled, old structure, discreet staff, after the stress of the pandemic (so to speak) they should be more correct and patient with the sick, I have been 2 times in this structure, I found many changes, horrible and inedible cuisine, adapt! !!

Negata la carrozzina per raggiungere il reparto ad un signore di 91 anni con disabilità motorie. Vergognoso. Too bad you can't put zero stars. Non hanno controllato il Green Pass,il Green Pass e' stato controllato solo un attimo prima di effettuare la visita...Ho sbagliato itinerario e sono entrata nel padiglione dove si effettuano gli esami del sangue e gli ecg..in un corridoio mal areato e stretto vi era un assembramento di persone in attesa.
