★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come sempre accade in queste circostanze, siamo approdati alla Sanimed, presso l'ospedale Sant'Anna Nuovo, carichi di domande, angosce e timori per un crollo verticale dei nostri genitori. Il personale è stato fin dai primi istanti, accogliente, disponibile e professionale. Il coordinatore dei servizi, sempre con aria rassicurante e competente, ci ha prospettato una serie di soluzioni che, non solo tenevano conto dell'aspetto economico, ma anche di quello emotivo di noi figli. Una volta scelta la soluzione più idonea, abbiamo iniziato il rapporto di collaborazione, segnato da una completa disponibilità telefonica e personale a tutte le ore ed anche nei giorni festivi. Che dire... problema risolto. Grazie.
 As always happens in these circumstances, we arrived at Sanimed, at the Sant'Anna Nuovo hospital, loaded with questions, anxieties and fears for a vertical collapse of our parents. From the first moments, the staff was welcoming, helpful and professional. The services coordinator, always with a reassuring and competent air, presented us with a series of solutions that not only took into account the economic aspect, but also the emotional aspect of us children. Once we have chosen the most suitable solution, we have started the collaboration relationship, marked by a complete telephone and personal availability at all hours and even on holidays.
