L	Luisella Gnoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ……….ad un certo punto…… un giorno….. ti ritrovi ad essere ricoverata in ospedale dove, guardando la struttura, ti senti crollare il mondo addosso. Ti manca l’aria ed il pensiero di fermarti lì ti fa star male dieci volte di più. Poi……cominci a guardarti intorno e noti meno l’estetica dell’ambiente………vedi i malati, intorno ai quali girano molteplici figure…..con camici di vario colore. L’ambiente è vecchio e poco favorevole anche per loro. Lavorano a testa bassa e corrono incessantemente da un letto all’altro e poi come per magia ti accorgi che……….non manca mai il sorriso sulle loro bocche quando incroci i loro occhi. Riescono, tra il trambusto e le limitazioni che l’ambiente crea, a trovare il tempo per un saluto e scambiare una parola gentile con chi è solo……vecchio…..e non ha nessuno al suo fianco Un ringraziamento speciale a persone speciali che si sono occupate di me durante il mio “soggiorno” presso la struttura Ospedaliera di Umbertide: a tutto il personale medico e paramedico del Pronto Soccorso, del reparto di Medicina, della Radiologia e dell’ambulatorio Ecografico, per l’alta professionalità dimostrata ma soprattutto per la loro immensa umanità. ... ... ... at some point ... ... one day ... ... you find yourself in hospital where, looking at the structure, you feel the world collapse on you. You miss the air and the thought of stopping there makes you feel bad ten times more. Then ... ... you start looking around and you notice less the aesthetics of the environment ... ... ... see i sick, around which many figures turn ... with coats of various colors. The environment is old and not very favorable for them too. They work with their heads down and run incessantly from one bed to another and then as per magic you realize that ......... they never miss the smile on their mouths when they cross their eyes. They manage to find time for themselves amid the turmoil and limitations that the environment creates a greeting and exchange a kind word with who is alone ... ... old ... .. and has not no one by his side Special thanks to special people who took care of me during the my "stay" at the Umbertide hospital: to all the staff physician and paramedics of the Emergency Department, the Department of Medicine, Radiology e of the ultrasound surgery, for the high professionalism demonstrated but above all for the their immense humanity.
A	Adriana Di Giulio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo! Arrivati al prontosoccorso con mio padre 80 anni caduto con un versamento grave all'occhio. Praticamente inesistente il triage (pare che attendino per ordine d'arrivo!) abbiamo aspettato 1 ora per poi sentirci dire che li non c'era l'oculista reperibile e che dovevamo andare a Città di Castello... Ma i due infermieri che hanno visto l'occhio di mio padre prima, non potevamo aver detto che non c'era l'oculista senza farci perdere 1 ora lì con una persona anziana? Quando la competenza manca il servizio è scadente. Terrible! Arrived at the emergency room with my 80 year old father who fell with a serious spill in the eye. The triage is practically non-existent (it seems that they wait by order of arrival!) We waited 1 hour and then were told that there was no ophthalmologist available and that we had to go to Città di Castello ... But the two nurses who have seen my father's eye before, couldn't we have said there was no ophthalmologist without making us waste 1 hour there with an elderly person? When competence is lacking the service is poor.
L	Leonardo Lucaroni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono stato in questa struttura un giorno di domenica alle ore 11:30 in seguito ad una caduta sulle scale avvenuta 2 giorni prima,non mi hanno nemmeno registrato, mi hanno visitato sommariamente toccandomi il costato e la schiena dicendo che le costole andavano bene,e che siccome erano passate 48 ore (confabulando tra di loro) e mi hanno mandato a casa dato che a quell'ora non c'era nessuno che poteva farmi una lastra e sarei dovuto tornare il giorno dopo entro le 18, per esigenze lavorative non avrei potuto e comunque sentendomi dire che sembrava tutto ok mi sono rinfrancato, ma durante la notte ho avuto molti dolori quindi il giorno dopo ho preso una pausa dal lavoro sono stato all'ospedale di Assisi dove mi hanno visitato,fatto una lastra e poco dopo spaventandomi anche un po' mi hanno fatto sdraiare su una barella da dove non dovevo alzarmi.. che cosa?.. frattura alla vertebra e costola incrinata !!! mi hanno imbracato e portato in ambulanza al Silvestrini per visita ortopedica urgente, prognosi 2 mesi a riposo con corpetto per la dorsale,siete da denuncia peccato che non ho nessun foglio in mano che attesti la mia presenza.. COMPLIMENTI! I was at this facility one Sunday at 11:30 am after a fall on the stairs that took place two days earlier, they didn't even register me, they summarily visited me touching my side and back saying that my ribs were going well, and that since 48 hours had passed (confabulating between them) and they sent me home since at that time there was no one who could make me a slab and I would have to return the next day by 6pm, for work reasons I would not could and still hear me say that everything seemed ok, I was reassured, but during the night I had a lot of pain, so the day after I took a break from work, I went to the hospital in Assisi where they visited me, made a plate and scared me a little later. they even made me lie down on a stretcher from where I didn't have to get up .. what? .. fractured vertebra and cracked rib !!! I was harnessed and taken by ambulance to Silvestrini for an urgent orthopedic visit, prognosis for 2 months at rest with a bodice for the backbone, you are a sin complaint that I have no papers in my hand attesting to my presence .. COMPLIMENTI!

Angelo, molto gentile e capace, che mi ha indirizzato al Dott. Fabio (ottimo professionista) per fare le radiografie. Ero medicato. Posso solo ringraziarti, in tempi difficili è molto bello avere un servizio di qualità. Grazie mille I fell on a ladder and during the night the pain increased a lot. I went to the ER at 4:30 in the morning. Promptly assisted by Dr. Angelo, very kind and capable, who directed me to Dr. Fabio (excellent professional) to do the x-rays. I was medicated. I can only thank you, in difficult times it is very good to have quality service. Thanks so much

Servizio molto più rapido del Silvestrini ma, al momento dell’accettazione passavano molti medici e nessuno si fermava per farti mettere in coda. Il dottore con il quale ho eseguito la radiografia gentilissimo A bit difficult to find the entrance if you arrive with a navigator. Much faster service than Silvestrini but, at the time of admission, many doctors passed by and no one stopped to make you queue. The doctor with whom I performed the X-ray was very kind
