D	Dora Pate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata ricoverata in questo Istituto, nel momento più difficile della pandemia. Il virus, nonostante le massime precauzioni, ha colpito in breve tempo. Tutto il personale ha provveduto a proteggere i degenti con velocità e abnegazione. Oggi sono ancora ricoverata e proseguo la riabilitazione con fiducia e pronta a ricevere cure fisioterapiche di altissimo livello in un ambiente pieno di professionisti con un cuore grande e con il sorriso, nonostante tutto, pronto a consolare e sostenere chi, come me, si è trovato in una difficoltà enorme. I was hospitalized in this institute, in the most difficult moment of the pandemic. The virus, despite the utmost precautions, struck in a short time. All the staff took steps to protect the patients with speed and dedication. Today I am still hospitalized and I continue my rehabilitation with confidence and ready to receive physiotherapy treatments of the highest level in an environment full of professionals with a big heart and a smile, despite everything, ready to console and support those who, like me, have found themselves in enormous difficulty.

Arrivato da Bologna dopo essere stato operato ad un’anca, fatto tampone la sera prima con esito negativo per accedere nella struttura, arrivato con ambulanza, mi hanno parcheggiato in una stanza senza finestre tipo scantinato in attesa di essere portato in reparto. Mi prelevano dopo una quarantina di minuti e mi portano su. Pensando io di dover restare una settimana, ho parlato con le infermiere che a quel punto mi hanno illustrato la procedura: una settimana di isolamento in camera con tampone quotidiano per poi iniziare la fisioterapia in palestra. Al mio rifiuto hanno cominciato: che sabato, va bene meglio così uno in meno, è stato un piacere conoscerla… Ciliegina sulla torta? È venuta mia moglie a prendermi (per fortuna), dovevo andare in bagno e me lo hanno impedito dicendomi che non avendo accettato il ricovero e un altro tampone, sarei potuto essere positivo e infettare così il bagno!!!! Con 3 dosi di vaccino, tampone negativo della sera prima non mi hanno nemmeno fatto fare pipì prima di andare via!!! Se potevo mettere -5 stelle lo facevo! Se queste erano le premesse posso solamente immaginare che incubo avrei passato lì dentro! Scappato appena in tempo This was my very brief experience in this place. Arrived from Bologna after being operated on a hip, swab the night before with negative results to access the facility, arrived by ambulance, they parked me in a room without windows like a basement waiting to be taken to the ward. They pick me up after about forty minutes and take me upstairs. Thinking I had to stay a week, I spoke to the nurses who at that point showed me the procedure: a week of isolation in the room with a daily tampon and then start physiotherapy in the gym. When I refused, they started: Saturday, it's better so one less, it was a pleasure to meet you… The icing on the cake? My wife came to get me (luckily), I had to go to the bathroom and they prevented me by telling me that not having accepted the hospitalization and another tampon, I could be positive and thus infect the bathroom !!!! With 3 doses of vaccine, negative swab from the night before they didn't even make me pee before leaving !!! If I could put -5 stars I did! If these were the premises I can only imagine what a nightmare I would have spent in there! Escaped just in time

Un particolare encomio va ai fisioterapisti e alle fisioterapiste che con professionalità, responsabilità e dedizione lavorano per i degenti. Un particolare encomio va al fisioterapista che mi ha seguita: Antonio Spinosa, il quale con alta maestria e il suo modo speciale di entrare in empatia con tutti in modo educato, è riuscito a risvegliare i muscoli del mio corpo, facendomi acquisire forza e vigore. Un riconoscimento speciale va ai dottori e alle dottoresse, che con umanità e spirito di abnegazione si prodigano alla cura dei degenti. Le operatrici e gli operatori socio sanitari, le infermiere e gli infermieri, convogliano le loro buone energie alle necessità dei degenti prodigandosi con cuore aperto. Il cibo è buono ed abbondante, portato quotidianamente da signore simpatiche e accorte, perché il cibo sia di gradimento per i degenti. Un dolce pensiero va a Milena, la caposala, la quale con dolcezza e umanità è sempre pronta ad ascoltare tutti. Un ringraziamento speciale va anche alle signore che si occupano della pulizia degli ambienti, le quali con discrezione, educazione e impegno svolgono il loro lavoro. La sinergia tra le diverse figure professionali garantisce una cura a 360 gradi del paziente. Alla luce di tutto questo, il Prosperius Tiberino lo consiglio vivamente. A particular commendation goes to physiotherapists and physiotherapists who work for patients with professionalism, responsibility and dedication. The operators and socio-health workers, nurses and nurses, channel their good energies to the needs of the patients by doing their utmost with an open heart. The food is good and plentiful, brought daily by nice and shrewd ladies, so that the food is to the liking of the patients. A sweet thought goes to Milena, the head nurse, who with sweetness and humanity is always ready to listen to everyone. Special thanks also go to the ladies who take care of the cleaning of the rooms, who carry out their work with discretion, education and commitment. Internamente non posso giudicare poiché per le norme Covid non è possibile accedervi. Externally it is a really beautiful place, with an adjoining park and all the active controls. Internally I cannot judge since it is not possible to access it due to Covid regulations.

Further swimming exercise over the summer I am 100% cured. Highly recommended. Private sessions Euro 18 per session. Thank you Prosperius.
