M	Michela Cristino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto negativa...mia mamma e' stata sedata in modo molto pesante e inopportuno.Volevo dire al personale che non si trattano cosi le persone anziane.E'facile dare un sedativo ad una signora per non essere disturbati.Mia madre ha dormito per una notte e un giorno intero e mi auguro per voi che questo non porti conseguenze negative sulla salute di mia madre.Se non siete in grado o non avete voglia di lavorare andate a fare altro.Non innescatevi in contesti lavorativi dove serve dedizione e umanita. Very bad experience ... my mom was sedated in a very heavy and inappropriate way. I wanted to tell the staff that we don't treat elderly people like this. It is easy to give a sedative to a lady so as not to be disturbed. My mother slept for a night and a whole day and I hope for you that this will not have negative consequences on my mother's health. If you are not able or you don't feel like working, go and do something else. Do not trigger yourself in work contexts where you need dedication and humanity .

Il personale del sottobosco ci mettono del proprio per venire incontro alle problematiche di chi si rivolge all'Ospedale ma i capoccioni non li ausiliano così il loro servizio è limitato ed inefficace. Tanto per cominciare date la mail a tutti gli uffici, visto che è prevista per legge nazionale e, considerato che i capi non la usano o la usano male!!!! Oggi è di vitale importanza!!!! the Hospital of Lucera is ruined from all points of view of the services for which I have had the displeasure of coming across. C	Cinzia Andrilli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina mia madre ottantenne si è sottoposta a delle radiografie alle ginocchia ed è uscita dalla sala radiografie sconvolta per la mancanza di educazione e rispetto della tecnica radiologa, la quale non solo non l'ha aiutata nel salire e scendere dal lettino ma le ha fatto dei movimenti violenti alle ginocchia che in seguito hanno impedito a mia madre di camminare se non con molto dolore. Prenderemo provvedimenti. Vergognoso This morning my eighty-year-old mother underwent x-rays of her knees and left the x-ray room upset by the lack of education and respect for radiology technique, which not only did not help her in getting on and off the bed but did of the violent movements in the knees which later prevented my mother from walking except with a lot of pain. Tutto questo è stato per noi l'ospedale Lastaria di Lucera , nello specifico il reparto di geriatria diretto dal dott. ZANASI . In un periodo molto buio per la nostta famiglia tutto lo staff è stato capace di non farci sentire soli ed impotenti,cosa che solita purtroppo accade quando disgraziatamente si finisce in ospedale. Un grazie speciale alla dott.ssa KATIA MONTELEONE che prima di essere un medico è stata una persona di un'umanità incredibile cosa che molti medici perdono ormai di vista. g	giuseppe GL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 10 agosto 2021 sono stato operato di dito a scatto, devo congratularmi con tutto il personale della chirurgia dove ho trovato tanta professionalità, disponibilità, simpatia e pulizia. Un grazie va anche a tutta l'equipe della sala operatoria accolto come un divo. L'intervento è andato benissimo eseguito dal Grande dott.re Giuseppe Ricciardi. Grazie di cuore a tutti è stata una esperienza di alto livello. On 10 August 2021 I was operated on for a trigger finger, I must congratulate all the staff of the surgery where I found so much professionalism, availability, friendliness and cleanliness. Thanks also goes to the entire team in the operating room, welcomed like a star. The surgery went very well performed by the great doctor Giuseppe Ricciardi. Heartfelt thanks to everyone it was a high level experience.

Desidero esprimere tutti i miei ringraziamenti al reparto di chirurgia. In special modo alle infermiere che si sono dimostrate di una umanità e gentilezza uniche. September 30, 2021.
