★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Prof. Cantatore è bravissimo, cordiale e professionale, purtroppo lo stesso non si può dire per la signora che prende le prenotazioni per lui. Ha una sola ora in cui è possibile chiamare e non risponde mai al telefono. Inoltre, si è arrabbiata al telefono con me dopo che ho scritto due e-mail lamentandomi con il professore (che sicuramente ha provveduto a sgridarla).
Prof. Cantatore is very good, friendly and professional, unfortunately the same cannot be said for the lady who takes reservations for him. He only has one hour to call and never answers the phone. Furthermore, she got angry on the phone after I wrote two emails complaining to the professor (who certainly scolded her).
