La struttura ed i programmi di cura all’avanguardia, inizio proprio oggi il mio percorso Invisalign. Molto soddisfatto! I have been under treatment at this facility for a couple of months now. I was struck by the professionalism, availability and competence of all the staff. The state-of-the-art structure and care programs, I start my Invisalign journey today. Very satisfied!
I	Ivan Cavina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire per quanto riguarda la professionalità e la gentilezza, per niente apprezzata la richiesta di un'acconto per un servizio aggiunto del costo totale di 200 Euro che è sicuramente dovuto e che è stato pagato in anticipo ma per un cliente fisso che ha speso oltre 4000 Euro e sempre pagato in anticipo le cure richieste è oltraggioso. Pur capendo la richiesta la reputo indisponente ed offensiva, aspetto etico da migliorare, esprimo solo il mio pensiero e non giudico ma consiglio di valutare i comportamenti e le decisioni in base a chi si ha di fronte. Nothing to say regarding the professionalism and kindness, not at all appreciated the request for a deposit for an added service of the total cost of 200 Euros which is certainly due and which has been paid in advance but for a regular customer who has spent over 4000 Euro and always paid in advance the required care is outrageous. Although I understand the request, I consider it irritating and offensive, an ethical aspect to be improved, I only express my thoughts and I do not judge but I advise you to evaluate behaviors and decisions based on who you are in front of.

Sto iniziando un trattamento di ortodonzia con tempi piuttosto lunghi e sono fiduciosa sul risultato finale! E	Elisa Resca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A livello di qualità non posso dire niente, vorrei solo che venisse presa in considerazione la possibilità di ampliare la fascia oraria o i giorni che date di disponibilità per i controlli ortodontici dei bambini; considerando che spesso i bambini fanno tempo pieno a scuola, dare come orario massimo le 17 mi pare davvero un disservizio. In terms of quality, I cannot say anything, I would just like the possibility of extending the time slot or days you give availability for orthodontic checks on children to be considered; considering that children often work full time at school, giving 5pm as the maximum time seems to me really a disservice.

Inoltre mi ha particolarmente colpito il rispetto della puntualità degli appuntamenti. It is always a pleasure to access them for their friendliness and the simplicity of the language used in explaining the execution of the services. Si sa...non si va sempre con piacere dal dentista, ma in questo caso mi sono dovuto ricredere. In due anni di sedute, mai avuto un minimo problema. Super disponibili sempre. You know ... you don't always go to the dentist with pleasure, but in this case I had to change my mind. In two years of sessions, never had a single problem. Super available always. Personally I was followed in the treatment by Dr. Elisabetta Pazzi, Dentist specialist in Orthodontics and Official Invisalign Provider who was able to give precious advice, with great balance and experience!
