★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho deciso di scegliere questo dottore come medico di base perché incoraggiato dalle recensioni positive, ma la mia esperienza è stata pessima: risulta perennemente irrintracciabile sia a questo che all'altro studio (in via Croce / San Vitale). Durante gli orari di ricevimento la chiamata viene buttata giù già al primo squillo, mentre durante il resto della giornata suona a vuoto (evidentemente non c'è una segreteria con cui prendere appuntamento).
 I decided to choose this doctor as a general practitioner because encouraged by the positive reviews, but my experience was very bad: it is perennially untraceable to both this and the other practice (in via Croce / San Vitale). During the reception hours the call is thrown down already on the first ring, while during the rest of the day it rings empty (obviously there is no secretary with which to make an appointment).
