Io ho pagato per fare un tampone e non per una lezione di vita non richiesta. Grazie. Grazie per la risposta, ma credo che di informazione ne faccia già abbastanza la televisione ogni giorno a ogni ora, e credo che ognuno di noi sia assolutamente già informato su tutto e sia completamente consapevole della sua scelta, e in quanto tale capace di scegliere il tipo di mascherina più opportuno. Ps. Più di un like non si può mettere, e comunque ricliccando sopra il thumbs up è facilmente rimovibile. Però ricordare che il vostro lavoro è un servizio al cliente: vendere prodotti e dare consigli, se richiesti. Ci sono certe scelte che vanno valutate caso per caso, come il vaccino covid, con il proprio medico e con propria coscienza. Spesso in questa farmacia si è oltrepassato il limite umiliando il cliente per non averlo fatto. Aspettato una fila chilometrica perché c'era la gente con la prenotazione. C'era anche una ragazza in dolce attesa che non ha avuto la precedenza. Ci vuole il buon senso ma loro non ce l'hanno. Sono stati sgarbati e maleducati quando abbiamo chiesto con gentilezza se potevano fare due con prenotazione e uno no. Abbiamo assistito a una discussioni al quanto vivace con un cliente e la dottoressa. Se questo è il modo di trattare la gente credo che siano lontani dal rispetto e la comprensione. Purtroppo noi "gente comune" dobbiamo affidarci alle loro mani. Spero passi presto questo periodo e di tornare al più presto alla normalità. In bocca al lupo. E mi raccomando prenotateli i tamponi. Ho avuto un dibattito col farmacista per direttive che “hanno loro”… insistendo a darmi indicazioni completamente errate e parlo di tempiste per fare il tampone. Mi sono presentata li ovviamente su indicazione del mio medico di base e seguendo indicazioni dall’Asl. Il farmacista con tono saccente ha detto che loro avevano altre disposizioni. Dopo una vivace chiacchierata, ho chiesto di riportare “queste regole “ comunicate a me anche sul sito, così che TUTTE le persone ne fossero a conoscenza (dal Momento che il farmacista stesso ha confermato che quanto detto da me venisse riportato anche da altre decine di persone). Se davvero c’è una REGOLA che hanno loro per motivazioni loro, informassero la clientela invece di far perdere tempo!!! Potrebbero scrivere sul sito nella pagina delle prenotazioni chi può e chi non può fare il tampone, così facciamo prima! Ma ovviamente… tutto tace! Il farmacista continuava ad annuire e ripeteva “Sisi signora, Sisi” quasi a prendermi in giro. Per mia fortuna mi sono recata in ALTRA farmacia di zona che , ovviamente con tanto di PROTOCOLLO REGIONALE ESPOSTO, ha fatto il suo dovere. Totalmente assurdo!!!! Saluti e a mai più. BAD experience !!! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SWABS. I obviously went there on the recommendation of my general practitioner and following directions from the ASL. The know-it-all pharmacist said they had other arrangements. If there really is a RULE they have for their own reasons, they should inform customers instead of wasting time !!!
