I would like to give less stars to this service 4 days that I try to contact them to make an appointment which unfortunately I need their certificate! Either it's not the day they are open or they have a meeting so I don't answer too many queue calls now !!! outrageous service to me ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre in ritardo, gli appuntamenti non vengono mai rispettati nonostante l’emergenza sanitaria e quindi la necessità di non fare assembramento, al telefono bisogna stare ore in attesa per un appuntamento. Le dottoresse giovani sono gentili e disponibili, altre (per esperienza personale) sono arroganti, maleducate e presuntuose.
Always late, appointments are never met despite the health emergency and therefore the need not to congregate, you have to wait hours on the phone for an appointment. Young doctors are kind and helpful, others (from personal experience) are arrogant, rude and conceited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un ecografia da una che ne parlavano tanto bene, l'ho trovata arrogante non mi ha spiegato niente e non mi ha fatto vedere neanche il movimento del bimbo qualsiasi domanda che facevo mi rispondeva male una maleducazione mai vista.
Ed è una con tanta esperienza che dovrebbe sapere come trattare le donne in gravidanza.
I had an ultrasound from one who spoke so well, I found her arrogant she did not explain anything to me and she did not even show me the movement of the baby any question I asked answered me badly a rudeness never seen before.
And she is an experienced one who should know how to treat pregnant women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi si occupa del centralino chiamate negli orari prestabiliti dovrebbe stare meno alla macchinetta del caffè, visto che sono rimasta in coda al PRIMO posto per oltre venti minuti. Si tratta solamente di prendere appuntamenti telefonici. Non di leggere la Divina Commedia
Whoever takes care of the switchboard calls at fixed times should be less at the coffee machine, since I have been in the queue in FIRST place for over twenty minutes. It is just a matter of making telephone appointments. Not to read the Divine Comedy
