Il mese successivo uno di questi denti curati presentò lo stesso problema e mi venne detto che per curarlo ancora era necessario pagare nuovamente. Rimasi incredulo nell'apprendere che il loro intervento non era assicurato. Non nascosi allo studio la mia disapprovazione. Dopo qualche mese, molto scioccamente, mi contattarono telefonicamente chiedendomi se ero rimasto soddisfatto e di valutare l'esperienza. Incredibile. Spiegai la situazione alla gentile ragazza che mi chiamò, capii che era ignara di tutto e svolgeva solo il suo lavoro. Ho portato volentieri i miei soldi da un'altra parte. Ho fatto anche un trattamento ortodontico Invisalign con Dott.ssa Bandoli e il risultato è stato più alto delle mie aspettative. Per loro, adesso, andare dal dentista è una festa! top 5 STELLE! Peccato x la segreteria: sia al telefono che di persona poco elastiche e abbastanza sgradevoli nel modo di porsi. Professionalism and kindness of top doctors. Con efficenza, gentilezza e disponibilità assiste il cliente. Personalmente sono seguita dalla Dottoressa Cocchi, che oltre ad avermi curato i denti ogni volta mi cura anche uno pó il morale (ho sempre pauraaaaa). In oltre gli ambienti sono molto ampi e puliti, il Parcheggio è vicino e in questo periodo di pandemia hanno un protocollo molto accurato per il rispetto delle normative. Ho fatto un'igiene con la Dott.ssa Lambertucci e grazie all'utilizzo di una particolare telecamera mi ha trovato due carie che ho poi curato con il Dott.Fancello. Mi sono trovato benissimo e lo consiglio a tutti. Studio pilito and friendly and competent doctors and staff. Siamo stati curati e assistiti alla perfezione dalla Dott.sa Borgonzoni, persona assolutamente preparata e dotata di una sensibilità particolare soprattutto con i bimbi. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene, consiglio la Dottoressa a tutte le persone che hanno bisogno per i propri bimbi. I went to the office to treat my 3 and a half year old son with cavities.
