★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa - un tempo dedicata anche a san Nicolò - è citata per la prima volta nel 1324 quando aveva forme romaniche. Di quell'epoca è sopravvissuta solo l'abside mentre il resto dell'edificio è stato profondamente rimaneggiato in epoca gotica e poi pesantemente restaurato nel 1902 quando l'oratorio - di proprietà privata - sembrava comunque destinato alla rovina.
Fu l'intervento di don Alfonso Frattini a salvarla e a permetterci di ammirare gli affreschi del 1468 realizzati da Luca De Campo.
The church - once also dedicated to St. Nicholas - was mentioned for the first time in 1324 when it had Romanesque forms. Only the apse survived from that time while the rest of the building was profoundly altered in the Gothic period and then heavily restored in 1902 when the oratory - privately owned - still seemed destined to ruin.
It was the intervention of don Alfonso Frattini to save her and to allow us to admire the frescoes of 1468 made by Luca De Campo.

Le sue sorti furono legate per molto tempo alla Badia di Dulzago. Oggi le sue forme sono mutate, soprattutto a causa dell'ampio restauro effettuato all'inizo del XX Secolo. Purtroppo, data la posizione isolata, è aperto solo in occasioni straordinarie.
The small oratory is of Romanesque origin: it is mentioned for the first time in the 14th century, but its construction is probably pre-existing. Its fate was tied for a long time to the Badia di Dulzago. Today its forms have changed, mainly due to the extensive restoration carried out at the beginning of the 20th century. Inside it preserves an important pictorial cycle created in 1468 by Luca de Campo, son of the most famous Giovanni. Unfortunately, given the isolated position, it is open only on extraordinary occasions.
