★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritornato dopo molti anni ed ho ritrovato la stessa professionalità di un tempo anche se ora in sala sono presenti le figlie. Il loro piatto forte è e rimane il risotto al sugo d'arrosto anche se ne avevo un ricordo diverso. Forse sarà cambiato il fornitore del riso oppure la ricetta del sugo d'arrosto comunque rimane il fatto che l'ho trovato meno potente, meno al dente, meno importante. Mi rimane solo il ricordo di quel risotto...
I returned after many years and I have found the same professionalism of the past even if now the daughters are present in the room. Their main dish is and remains the risotto with roast sauce even if I had a different memory of it. Perhaps the rice supplier or the roast sauce recipe will have changed, however the fact remains that I found it less powerful, less al dente, less important. I only have the memory of that risotto ...
