★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fu costruita dalla Comunità di Moncalvo nell’anno 1600. Un affresco raffigurante San Rocco confortato dall’angelo e nutrito dal cane, realizzato dal Moncalvo (Guglielmo Caccia) sulla parete di fondo, fu strappato nel 1969, poco dopo il crollo del tetto, ed ora è esposto nella chiesa di San Francesco.
 It was built by the Community of Moncalvo in the year 1600. A fresco depicting San Rocco comforted by the angel and fed by the dog, made by Moncalvo (Guglielmo Caccia) on the back wall, was torn in 1969, shortly after the collapse of the roof, and it is now exhibited in the church of San Francesco.
