Il custode è molto disponibile e competente, riesce a trasmettere tutta la sua passione per l’arte e la musica. Rettangolare, al suo interno un notevole ciclo di affreschi rappresentanti le sette Opere di Misericordia Spirituali e le sette Opere di Misericordia Corporali realizzati da Filippo Bellini di Urbino. Per lungo tempo l’oratorio è stato usato solo come deposito della Biblioteca comunale, poi è venuto fuori con tutto il suo splendore dopo i restauri seguiti al terremoto a Fabriano del 1997. Il salone dell’Oratorio della Carità è un posto ottimale sia per celebrare i matrimoni, sia per effettuare convegni, presentazioni, concerti, di musica varia, anche cori, che spesso vengono eseguiti lì.
