★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dai documenti finora in nostro possesso, il piccolo oratorio campestre risulta già esistente a metà XIV Secolo, epoca in cui fa parte delle dipendenze della Pieve di Dulzago. La sua costruzione è però molto precedente, data l'architettura inequivocabilmente romanica: si guardi ad esempio l'abside, le cui triadi di archetti pensili scandite da lesene ricordano l'identica decorazione dell'Oratorio di San Martino di Vicolungo, risalente al XII Secolo. La ricca decorazione interna presenta affreschi quattrocenteschi realizzati da Giovanni de Campo (documentato dal 1440 al 1483) con l'aiuto di suo figlio Luca e di altri pittori della sua bottega, una fra le più importanti dell'area novarese/vercellese nel periodo tardogotico. Purtroppo l'interno è visitabile solo in occasioni straordinarie.
 From the documents so far in our possession, the small rural oratory already exists in the mid-fourteenth century, an era in which it belongs to the dependencies of the Pieve di Dulzago. Its construction is however much earlier, given the unequivocally Romanesque architecture: look for example at the apse, whose triads of hanging arches marked by pilasters recall the identical decoration of the Oratory of San Martino di Vicolungo, dating back to the XIIth Century . The rich interior decoration features fifteenth-century frescoes made by Giovanni de Campo (documented from 1440 to 1483) with the help of his son Luca and other painters in his workshop, one of the most important in the Novara / Vercelli area in the late Gothic period. Unfortunately, the interior can only be visited on extraordinary occasions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quello cimiteriale di Sologno è un classico oratorio rurale dell'XI secolo. E' semplice e costruito con materiale di recupero di epoca romana: nella parete sud sono inserite anche parti di una colonna in mattoni.
Certo la povertà costruttiva qualche effetto lo ebbe perché sembra che nel 1400 sia stata ricostruita la facciata; l'abside fu vistosamente rinforzata e un crollo potrebbe aver causato la perdita del campanile ancora esistente nel 1600.
Grave è stata anche la perdita degli affreschi esterni. Quelli conservati all'interno valgono la visita ma non sembra esserci un orario di apertura.
The cemetery of Sologno is a classic 11th century rural oratory. It is simple and built with recycled Roman material: parts of a brick column are also inserted in the south wall.
Of course the poor construction had some effect because it seems that in 1400 the facade was rebuilt; the apse was conspicuously reinforced and a collapse could have caused the loss of the bell tower still existing in 1600.
The loss of the external frescoes was also serious. Those kept inside are worth the visit but there does not seem to be an opening time.
