La piazza principale offre una vista pazzesca È uno dei pochi paesini visitati in cui non ci sono molte scale per raggiungere le varie viette. M	Michela Avantaggiato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo (quasi minuscolo) ma mooolto grazioso! Ogni tanto c'è una scritta, una decorazione, qualche angolo o scorcio addobbato per le foto. L'unica cosa che non mi fa dare un punteggio pieno è una pecca che ho riscontrato nella maggior parte dei borghi più piccoli del Molise: non ci locali nel centro storico dei Borghi. Cioè non potete godervi un bel caffè o un piccolo aperitivo all'interno del centro storico, perché è tutto abitato, non ci sono bar o botteghe, dovete necessariamente uscirne. Small (almost tiny) but sooo cute! Every now and then there is an inscription, a decoration, some corner or glimpse decorated for the photos. The only thing that does not give me a full score is a flaw that I found in most of the smaller villages of Molise: there are no clubs in the historic center of the villages. That is, you cannot enjoy a nice coffee or a small aperitif in the historic center, because it is all inhabited, there are no bars or shops, you must necessarily get out.

Non a caso è considerato uno dei borghi più belli d Italia Truly a lovely neat and clean lovely village that welcomes you with its friendly population and its perfect well-kept streets. t	tati & friends on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situato in cima ad un colle sferzato da venti freddi, Oratino fa parte del circuito dei Borghi più belli d’Italia. È molto ben tenuto, bellissime le strade interne al centro storico, in pietra cosi come le case. Per fortuna aperta la Chiesa principale di Santa Maria Assunta con la piccola cripta - dedicata alla Madonna di Lourdes - dove si può vedere una piccola parte del preesistente impianto (vedi notizie storiche); aperto anche l’androne dello storico Palazzo Giordano situato all’ingresso del centro antico, dove guarda l’ampia piazza con un monumento ai caduti, prima di entrare sotto l’arco nel nucleo più antico del borgo. Purtroppo nessuna accoglienza o possibilità di informazioni, chiusa l’altra chiesa degna di nota appena fuori il centro (ingresso sulla dx salendo la strada) dedicata alla Madonna di Loreto, un vero peccato essendo fra l’altro un giorno di festività (pasquetta). Unfortunately, no reception or possibility of information, closed the other noteworthy church just outside the center (entrance on the right going up the road) dedicated to Our Lady of Loreto, a real shame being, among other things, a holiday (Easter Monday).

Tutte le stradine sono in pietra. Neanche una carta in terra. Un panorama mozzafiato. Una vera propria perla (un'altra!) di questa splendida Regione: il Molise. A magical place: the land of stonemasons and crochet. Alleys, squares, houses, doors, all fantastic and suspended in time. All the streets are made of stone. Not a single card on the ground. A breathtaking view. A real pearl (another!) Of this splendid region: Molise.
J	Joe Sidonio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like many villages in Molise, Oratino is small, well-kept and replete with little interesting points of interest. It has a beautiful decorated cupola and in the main square near the statue there is a terrace which gives the most mind-boggling panorama of the area surrounding it. There is an annotated sketch which tells you the name of the villages and other points of local interest you can see from it. The town has less than 1,700 inhabitants but it was a nice place to stop for a coffee and admire the view.
