I pulman per i turisti erano tutti pieni ma offrendoci un NCC ad un prezzo congruo siamo riusciti a goderci comunque la visita.  We visited the cathedral of monreale with one of their services. The buses for tourists were all full but by offering us a NCC at a reasonable price we were able to enjoy the visit anyway. Antonio, the driver, and his wife very kind, cultured, professional and serious people, recommended

Great experience! We did a customized tour: Monte Pellegrino, Mondello, Monreale and tour in the city of Palermo. Courtesy and competence. We tasted prickly pears and pomegranate juice on the advice of Antonio. A group of 11 friends who will remember the experience! Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got on at Piazza dei Normani, not audio guides, thrown off the bus down at the port to wait for another bus. Physical altercations with the guides occurring. More of old Palermo experience than we bargained for!

Never buy ticket from this tour ?! They mostdont soeakproper english , doesnt take responsibility and customer service is more than awful !
The tourist attractions in palermo are close eachother so you can walk , no need to bus .

They just want to sell the ticket to you !
I payed 20€ for a tour , but Couldn’t find any bus to start my tour although I stayed 35 min at the stop!!
Warning for fraud!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After watching three red buses drive by our stop in 1 1/2 hours of waiting we gave up and had a Bellini and didn’t get to see the final places we wanted to see on our vacation. I would highly encourage you to choose the red bus and not this line is they were very unreliable after we purchased a two day pass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely to avoid. They sell you a hop on hop off, but they refuse to stop to pick you up at a stop indicated on their map, with the driver making agressive gestures.
Avoid this nightmare, disappointment and total rip off
