Una volta in sede a Gallipoli, ho avuto modo di conoscere un team preparato e disponibile. Ho lavorato sodo con il supporto costante dei miei tl e responsabili e quando mi diedero la notizia che avevo ottenuto l'indeterminato non ero solo felice per quella gratificazione ma anche per essere diventata parte di una piccola "famiglia" con colleghi che fanno parte del mio quotidiano anche oltre gli orari lavorativi. I remember sending my resume to call2net after the first terrible lockdown from covid-19. Once at the headquarters in Gallipoli, I got to know a trained and available team. I worked hard with the constant support of my tl and managers and when they gave me the news that I had gotten the indeterminate I was not only happy for that gratification but also to have become part of a small "family" with colleagues who are part of my daily even after working hours.

Siamo un grande gruppo e insieme all'ottima prepazione dei nostri leader, siamo costantemente supportati e compresi. L 'ambiente quindi è molto stimolante e sereno e si riesce a lavorare bene anche nei periodi più intensi di lavoro. Stipendio sempre puntuale e dignitoso il quale,non è scontato! Fiera di far parte di questa realtà, la consiglio vivamente! The Call center one company has all the characteristics to be defined at the highest levels of the sector. I have been employed for a year and a few months with a permanent contract; I thank Call center one for believing in me even though this was my first work experience in the sector and for making me grow professionally and humanly. We are a large group and together with the excellent preparation of our leaders, we are constantly supported and understood. The environment is therefore very stimulating and serene and it is possible to work well even in the most intense periods of work. Always punctual and decent salary which is not obvious!
