A	Alberto Sanso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un audio Q3 e dopo un paio di mesi si presenta un rumuore strano del cambio ...recandomi a lamentare del problema si sono tenuti la macchina per tre mesi senza risolvere il problema ma solamente facendomela portare alla fine nell' autofficina di garanzia ,e lasciandomi a piedi per 3 mesi. I bought a Q3 audio and after a couple of months there is a strange noise of the gearbox ... going to complain about the problem they kept the car for three months without solving the problem but only making me take it to the warranty garage at the end, and leaving me on foot for 3 months.

Emanuele (titolare) non solo è una bella persona, ma ha saputo gestire il mio acquisto a distanza con prontezza, professionalità e tanta gentilezza. Ho acquistato tante auto nella mia vita ed ho avuto sempre il piacere di poterle visionare e provare prima di formalizzare. In questo caso non è stato possibile per via della distanza, io sono di Bologna e l'auto era in Puglia. Mi è stata fornita tutta la documentazione cartacea e fotografica al fine di darmi prova che quanto descritto era tutto veritiero. Assolutamente consiglio questa concessionaria.
