We had a visit of the cellar and tasting of 4 wines. The girl who followed us was very kind and prepared, the cellar was very nice. In the end we bought wine and oil. I recommend the visit!

Abbiamo mangiato crudo di pesce, dai gamberoni agli scampi, dalle seppie al tonno e, per finire, la ricciola e le ostriche erano freschissime, di prima scelta e squisite. Ottimo il risotto e un plauso va ai dolci, in particolar modo agli spumoni
A splendid place, expertly managed with friendly and competent staff. We ate raw fish, from prawns to scampi, from cuttlefish to tuna and, finally, the amberjack and oysters were very fresh, first choice and delicious. The risotto is excellent and praise goes to the desserts, especially the spumoni

In realtà mi sono recato semplicemente per l’acquisto di bottiglie di vino di qualità di questa meravigliosa terra. Devo dire che ne sono rimasto completamente soddisfatto anche seppur per pochi minuti, visto che ero in partenza per il ritorno a casa dalla mia vacanza salentina. Tornando indietro, avrei programmato una visita più approfondita alla Cantina Coppola cui vanno tutti i miei profondi complimenti per la professionalità, la cultura e la filosofia che si intravede di tradizione e modernità allo stesso istante. Complimenti.
High quality location.
In reality, I went simply to purchase quality bottles of wine from this wonderful land. I must say that I was completely satisfied with it even for a few minutes, as I was leaving for my return home from my Salento holiday. Going back, I would have planned a more in-depth visit to Cantina Coppola to which all my deep compliments go for the professionalism, culture and philosophy that can be glimpsed of tradition and modernity at the same moment. Compliments.

Abbiamo scelto il percorso degustazione gourmet, con la spiegazione nel dettaglio di tutti i prodotti e la visita della cantina.
Tutti molto cordiali e esperti. La cena gourmet consisteva un vino diverso con la spiegazione del maitre/sommelier e per ogni piatto la spiegazione del cameriere.
Un'esperienza unica in un posto unico. Anche la postazione per i cocktail è più defilata rispetto al ristorante, quindi non c'è contrasto tra loro, ma è un equilibrio perfetto.

We chose the gourmet tasting itinerary, with detailed explanations of all the products and a visit to the cellar.
All very friendly and experienced. The gourmet dinner consisted of a different wine with the explanation of the maitre / sommelier and for each dish the explanation of the waiter.
A unique experience in a unique place. The cocktail station is also more secluded than the restaurant, so there is no contrast between them, but it is a perfect balance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new facility is absolutely beautiful, the staff is knowledgeable and very welcoming and the wines are excellent and quite reasonably priced. We enjoyed the tour and the wine tasting and even bought a bottle to take home with us. Next time we come we’ll stay for lunch too!
