Barbere Doc, Dolcetti e rosati prodotti senza solfiti aggiunti. Finalmente un'azienda che lavora senza solfiti e bio ad altissimo livello e offre vini di carattere. Da non perdere I had the opportunity to taste the Ca 'del Bric wines that Giuseppe Ravera produces with great professionalism and passion. Barbere Doc, Dolcetti and rosé products without added sulphites. Finally a company that works without sulfites and bio at the highest level and offers wines with character. Not to be missed

Vini tutti di ottima qualità, dai profumi e aromi non scontati. Si vede la passione e il lavoro che c'è dietro la loro creazione. We were at Ca 'del Bric for a tasting of some of their wines, in particular we tried Gavi, Mayno Zero, 14.02, Tre Lustri. All wines of excellent quality, with aromas and aromas that are not obvious. R	Riccardo Conforti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo conosciuto l'azienda durante una fiera del 2012 e da allora siamo stati loro clienti perché era un'azienda giovane, ma soprattutto per la qualità dei vini che abbiamo avuto modo di consumare durante questi anni. Fino a 10 giorni fa, quando sono arrivati dei vini imbevibili: il bianco era giallo scuro, assomigliava più ad un passito, ed infatti il sapore era molto marsalato. Stessa pecca del rosè, marsalato. Chiaramente difettati, forse prodotti con uve vecchie o ossidati durante il confezionamento, non saprei. I rossi erano buoni, seppur nella parte bassa delle bottiglie si trovavano molti residui "cristallini", sembravano cristalli di zucchero aggregati o qualcosa di simile che ti rimanevano in bocca, quindi una parte del vino non poteva essere consumato. Abbiamo contattato via mail l'azienda è non ci è arrivata risposta. Abbiamo contattato il numero whatsapp di colei che ci telefona per proposte commerciali e ci fu detto che avrebbe girato l'informazione alla cantina: dopo di che il silenzio. Alla fine abbiamo deciso, dopo una inutile telefonata con un "tecnico", di tenere le bottiglie rimaste che verranno usate per cucinare. Un peccato, soprattutto perché avevamo molto creduto in questa cantina. Senza rancore ma, per quanto la cosa potrà interessarvi, non telefonateci più. Until 10 days ago, when undrinkable wines arrived: the white was dark yellow, it looked more like a passito, and in fact the flavor was very Marsala. Same flaw as rosé, marsala. Clearly defective, perhaps made with old grapes or oxidized during packaging, I don't know. The reds were good, although in the lower part of the bottles there were many "crystalline" residues, they looked like aggregate sugar crystals or something similar that remained in your mouth, so some of the wine could not be consumed. We contacted the company via e-mail and there was no reply. We contacted the whatsapp number of the woman who telephones us for commercial proposals and we were told that she would forward the information to the cellar: after which silence. In the end we decided, after a useless phone call with a "technician", to keep the remaining bottles that will be used for cooking. A pity, especially since we had a lot of faith in this winery. No hard feelings but, as far as it may interest you, don't call us anymore. Greetings

I titolari lavorano per una viticultura moderna che sa di storia e sapori del territorio, mantengono viva la cultura della gente che da sempre in queste zone ha prodotto vino. Excellent wine ? proposed with sympathy and passion. The owners work for a modern viticulture that knows the history and flavors of the territory, keeping alive the culture of the people who have always produced wine in these areas.
A	Alberto Grillo (IT) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo percepito maggiormente l'aspetto commerciale rispetto alla passione per i vigneti --> il luogo è magico, cosi come le strade di campagna fiancheggiate da vigneti e alberi di nocciolo per tutto il cammino, i proprietari sono gentili e simpatici, il vino è di qualità, ma riteniamo che il trattamento che ci hanno riservato non è stato ospitale come da premesse. "Aperitivo" scarso e non sono state date indicazioni telefoniche circa il fatto che non venissero più serviti salumi. Non torneremo. We perceived the commercial aspect more than the passion for the vineyards -> the place is magical, as are the country roads lined with vineyards and hazelnut trees all along the way, the owners are kind and nice, the wine is of quality, but we believe that the treatment they gave us was not as hospitable as expected. Poor "aperitif" and no telephone information was given about the fact that cold cuts were no longer served. We will not return.
