Non avevano il pezzo, hanno rimediato subito, in meno di 30 minuti il pezzo era in officina e in meno di un'ora la macchina era pronta per ripartire! Assolutamente consigliatissimo! Incapaci ma soprattutto DISONESTI Arrivo per le ferie a Gallipoli proveniente da Trieste, dopo qualche giorno smette di funzionare l’aria condizionata, decido di affidarmi a questi meccanici dove il figlio del proprietario dall’alto della sua IN-ESPERIENZA sentenzia ( sbagliando) che devo sostituire il compressore (400€). Fidandomi decido di sostituirlo. Arriva il compressore ma dopo la sostituzione continua a non funzionare nulla. Il problema era elettrico( spessa massima esagerando 50€), dopo 4 giorni non riuscendo a risolvere il problema decidono di portare l’auto da un VERO elettrauto il quale baipassando la centralina riesce a far funzionare il condizionatore anche se in maniera spartana dovendo poi rimetterci le mani. La disonesta’ consiste nel fatto che pur essendosi accorti che il problema non era il compressore si sono ben guardati dal dirlo facendomi buttare dalla finestra 400€ di compressore piu’ 200€ di lavoro al quale volevano aggiungere( visto che volevano guadagnarci qualcosa in piu) il costo del gas del circuito che avevano recuperato scaricandolo e reimmettendolo successivamente. Senza contare che per non restare a piedi quei giorni ho dovuto noleggiare uno scooter. Pur avendo commesso un errore di diagnosi ha voluto guadagnare sul lavoro NON fatto. DISONESTI ATTENTION!!!!!! The problem was electrical (maximum thickness by exaggerating € 50), after 4 days, failing to solve the problem, they decide to take the car to a REAL electrician who by passing the control unit manages to make the air conditioner work even if in a Spartan way and then having to lose out. the hands. The dishonesty consists in the fact that even though they realized that the problem was not the compressor, they were careful not to say it by making me throw out of the window 400 € of compressor plus 200 € of work to which they wanted to add (since they wanted to earn something more) the cost of the gas in the circuit that they had recovered by discharging it and then reintroducing it. Not to mention that in order not to remain on foot those days I had to rent a scooter. Even though he made a mistake in his diagnosis, he wanted to earn money on the work NOT done. DISHONEST

Contattata l'officina si sono accordati e appena riaperta l'hanno riparata. Ora funziona come appena uscita dal concessionario e ho pagato molto meno che a Bergamo. Non pensavo di dover arrivare in Puglia per trovare professionalità e risolvere un problema mai risolto. My son arrived in Gallipoli from Bergamo. The clutch broke for the fifth time in 5 years ... obviously in August. Contacted the workshop they made an agreement and as soon as they reopened they repaired it. Now it works as it just came out of the dealership and I paid a lot less than in Bergamo. s	stefano motta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena arrivato gli ho rappresentato il problema e subito hanno individuato la causa.....sono intervenuti immediatamente sostituendo una cinghia per limitare i danni. Non hanno potuto completare il lavoro in quanto il pezzo da sostituire era in garanzia e quindi al rientro a Roma dovrò rivolgermi all'officina che precedentemente era interventa. Molto competenti disponibili ed economici. As soon as I arrived I presented the problem to them and they immediately identified the cause ..... they intervened immediately by replacing a belt to limit the damage. They were unable to complete the job as the piece to be replaced was under warranty and therefore, upon returning to Rome, I will have to contact the workshop that was previously involved. Non ci sono parole per descrivere la cortesia, la disponibilità e l'efficienza, dei titolari Giorgio e Giovanni Greco, hanno risolto il nostro problema di un guasto importante al motore (tubo scoppiato), velocemente e con perizia... In particolare, il titolare si è portato presso l'abitazione dove si trovava il veicolo per visionarlo e metterlo nelle condizioni di poter raggiungere l'officina, evitandoci così l'onere della ulteriore spesa del trasporto con il carro. In sole 24 ore hanno riparato e restituito il veicolo in piena efficienza. Officina TOP per un servizio offerto con una rapporto qualità prezzo notevole... Super consigliata!!!
