★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ringrazio il Sig. Doriano per avermi soccorso in autostrada e per aver cambiato la gomma scoppiata della mia vettura alle 10 di sera, consentendomi di proseguire il viaggio e rientrare a Genova la sera stessa.
Professionalita' molto rara di questi tempi.
I thank Mr. Doriano for helping me on the highway and for changing the tire that broke out of my car at 10 in the evening, allowing me to continue the journey and return to Genoa that evening.
Very rare professionalism these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai visto tanta cattiveria così il cliente va trattato non a pesci in faccia se non si ha voglia di lavorare si resta a casa soccorso in autostrada dicono un'ora e arrivano con più di 40 minuti di ritardo ed in officina ti trattano ancora a pesci in faccia quando sono pagati dall'assicurazione per il soccorso....
Never seen so much badness so the customer must be treated not with fish in the face if you do not want to work you stay at home rescue on the highway they say an hour and arrive more than 40 minutes late and in the workshop they still treat you with fish in face when they are paid by the rescue insurance ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la vettura appena comprata per un lavaggio auto, al ritiro, questa presentava evidenti graffi su entrambe le portiere. In maniera totalmente non professionale non mi è stato presentato alcun rimborso. Purtroppo non si portano foto prima del lavaggio, non è stato possibile procedere legalmente. Sconsiglio vivamente qualunque tipo di fruizione di servizio.
I took the car I just bought for a car wash to pick up, it had obvious scratches on both doors. In a totally unprofessional way, no refunds have been presented to me. Unfortunately no photos are taken before washing, it was not possible to proceed legally. I strongly advise against any type of use of the service.
