★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare, macchine vecchie, servizio pessimo. Come d’accordo avevamo 3 macchine di cui una nuova e all’arrivo ci è stata data una macchina di 10-15 anni con problemi ai freni e un furgoncino.
To avoid, old cars, bad service. As agreed we had 3 cars, one of which was new and upon arrival we were given a 10-15 year old car with brake problems and a van.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Nonostante la prenotazione online dell'auto fosse andata a buon fine, una volta arrivati abbiamo riscontrato dei problemi. Innanzi tutto nonostante la prenotazione fosse per le 8 il negozio era ancora chiuso. Una volta arrivato il proprietario ci ha accolti senza nemmeno un buongiorno e con fare scocciato ci ha chiesto la documentazione necessaria. Avevamo riservato la macchina usando (errore nostro) una prepagata e il proprietario si è subito alterato. Scusandoci per l'errore abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile una macchina senza carta di credito e ci è stato risposto di no in toni tutt'altro che cortesi. Nonostante ciò l'acconto per la macchina non utilizzata non ci è stato restituito. Chiariamo che nel contratto stipulato era indicata la possibilità di dare una macchina anche SENZA la carta di credito, a discrezione del proprietario. Quello che colpisce è la maleducazione e l'indisponenza del proprietario.
Bad experience. Although the online car booking was successful, we encountered problems once we arrived. First of all, despite the reservation was for 8, the shop was still closed. Once we arrived the owner greeted us without even a hello and annoyed he asked us for the necessary documentation. We had reserved the car using (our mistake) a prepaid and the owner was immediately upset. Apologizing for the mistake, we asked if a car without a credit card was possible and we were told no in tones that were anything but courteous. Despite this, the deposit for the unused machine was not returned to us. We clarify that in the stipulated contract it was indicated the possibility of giving a car even WITHOUT a credit card, at the discretion of the owner. What is striking is the rudeness and indisposition of the owner.
