Ho portato un paio di pantaloni per cambiare la cerniera ed è stata montata in modo completamente differente, con le cuciture a vista (mentre prima erano nascoste) e inoltre accorciata. Alla mia osservazione "è diversa" mi è stato risposto "eh si vede che la lampo era completamente diversa" .. Cioè? E se il lavoro non poteva essere fatto come richiesto, perché non dirmelo PRIMA di rovinare i miei pantaloni? E non chiedi nemmeno scusa? Allibita. Sconsigliatissimo. I was not at all satisfied by the tailoring service. I brought a pair of trousers to change the zipper and it was mounted in a completely different way, with visible seams (while they were previously hidden) and also shortened. Quando ho ritirato, 1 era "abbastanza" sottovuoto, 1 quasi per niente e 1 solo imbustato. Ci hanno detto che non lo fanno loro ma lo fanno fare e poi nel trasporto gli si aprono le buste e non hanno voluto rifarcelo o rimborsare una parte. Paghi per una cosa, te la fanno solo a metà e non ti ridanno i soldi... decidete voi se andarci o no... I paid 40 euros for washing 3 duvets including vacuum packing. When I retired, one was "enough" vacuum, one for next to nothing and only packed one. They were told they do not do them, but they do do and then transport the envelopes are opened and they would not rifarcelo or refund part. You pay for something, you do it only halfway and do not give back the money ... you decide whether to go or not ...

Ho portato a far accorciare una t shirt 8€ me L hanno accorciata troppo gli e L ho portata indietro per rifare L orlo più lungo mi hanno chiesto altro 4€ ! Oltretutto anche storto! Sconsagliatissimo! If I could have zero stars! High prices and clueless staff! I took a t-shirt to shorten € 8 me they shortened it too much and I brought it back to redo The longer hem they asked me for another € 4! Besides, also wrong!

Viene riconosciuto l'errore e mi viene proposto un secondo lavaggio e metodo del "tiraggio" per provare a recuperare i maglioni. Acconsento. Torno nuovamente a ritirarli e sono identici a prima. Mi viene risposto con fare supponente e sgarbato che la grandezza dei maglioni era "soggettiva" e che non potevo provare che non fossero già così. Sono stata liquidata con un timbro recante i dati societari e un maleducato "fai scrivere una lettera dall'avvocato". Oltre a non aver ricevuto alcun rimborso non è minimamente venuto in mente di chiedere scusa. Pessimi davvero. Very bad. I take a series of sweaters to wash and 3 are visibly smaller. Ma il sottovuoto non lo hanno mai fatto!!!dopo 20gg avevano ancora la macchina rotta!!!e le commesse fanno passare tutto come se ti facessero un favore, quando invece i servizi si pagano e anche cari! I am referring to all the bad reviews I have read. The staff are rude and unprofessional !!! I paid for washing two vacuum-packed duvets. But they never did the vacuum !!! after 20 days they still had the machine broken !!! and the orders make everything go as if they were doing you a favor, when instead the services are paid and expensive too!

Hanno provato a lavarla di nuovo ma nulla, è rimasta piena di macchie. Non sono capaci a fare questo lavoro, è gente improvvisata e anche maleducata. Ps: ovviamente Non mi hanno rimborsato di nulla! I strongly advise against! I brought a new jacket to wash ... They returned it all stained. They tried to wash it again but nothing, it was full of stains. Ci siamo rivolti a questa sartoria/lavanderia per un semplice orlo, avendo in questo periodo i negozi di fiducia chiusi per ferie. Prezzo obbiettivamente normale/basso. Lavoro pessimo: orlo completamente storto, direi fatto a caso. Fortunatamente, nel mio caso, recuperabile.
