B	Business Oggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato una giacca con cappuccio, sono stato servito in pessimo modo, ho sbagliato la taglia, subito ho richiamato per sapere se era possibile che in magazzino avessero la taglia giusta mi hanno riferito che era un problema per loro fare il cambio, l'indomani si è recata in negozio la persona interessata, ha misurato un altra taglia ed era ancora grande, le commesse controllando in magazzino non avevano la taglia giusta ed hanno riferito che fare il cambio era davvero un problema e che ci avrebbero messo 60 giorni per il cambio(a questo punto se siete così inette e maleducate, non dovete consegnare lo scontrino cortesia, perché di cortese avete solo lo scontrino) per effettuare il cambio siamo dovuti andare in un altro negozio Oltre(Sorrento) che ci hanno dato la versione giusta dell accaduto ossia l'errore è stato commesso dalle commesse del negozio sito al Centro Commerciale La Cartiera(Pompei) che dovevano fare il cambio in massimo 2/3 giorni e non 60.... Quando si dice '' voglia di lavorare salutami addosso'' AVETE PERSO UN CLIENTE.... When you say '' I want ia to work say hello to me '' YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER .... In order to avoid running into unpleasant episodes you would do well to go to the Oltre store in Sorrento

Le commesse sono tutte gentilissime e disponibili, sono passata più volte nello store ed ogni volta sono stata assistita nel migliore dei modi: per nulla invadenti, educate e professionali. Consiglio di consultare eventualmente il sito online (è una catena/merchandising, quindi vale per qualsiasi store sul territorio) per dare uno sguardo ai nuovi arrivi e alle nuove collezioni; inoltre suggerisco di iscriversi al programma fedeltà per essere sempre informati sulle novità, sulle promozioni e quant’altro (vi verrà consegnata una carta fedeltà da poter utilizzare con ogni acquisto per accumulare punti). Lo store dispone inoltre di un numero di telefono con servizio whatsapp, da poter consultare per qualsiasi necessità: ottimo soprattutto se volete verificare la presenza di qualche articolo in particolare o per richiedere qualsiasi tipo di informazioni. The orders are all very kind and helpful, I went to the store several times and each time I was assisted in the best way: not at all intrusive, polite and professional. I recommend consulting the online site if necessary (it is a chain / merchandising, therefore it is valid for any store in the area) to take a look at the new arrivals and new collections; I also suggest subscribing to the loyalty program to always be informed about news, promotions and so on (you will be given a loyalty card that you can use with each purchase to accumulate points). The store also has a telephone number with whatsapp service, which can be consulted for any need: excellent especially if you want to check the presence of some particular article or to request any type of information.
