Circa 15 giorni fa mi reco presso il negozio Dorabella ,ho comprato un pantalone e una casacca che avrei dovuto indossare per un matrimonio,il giorno del matrimonio indosso la casacca e mi accorgo che in molti punti è sfibrata,ovviamente non l'ho potuta indossare,nei giorni successivi ho portato la casacca al negozio per farmela sostituire e le commesse (gentili)mi hanno detto che dovevano rimandarla in fabbrica per una perizia,dopo qualche giorno mi hanno telefonato per dirmi che non potevano sostituirla che ero stata io a danneggiarla..morale della favola, ho speso 70,00€ per ritrovarmi una casacca che non ho potuto mai indossare. Poor quality and high prices! I would like to share my negative experience at this store ... About 15 days ago I went to the Dorabella store, I bought a pair of trousers and a jacket I was supposed to wear for a wedding, on the wedding day I wear a jacket and I realize that in many places it is worn out, obviously I couldn't wear it , in the following days I took the tunic to the store to have it replaced and the (kind) clerks told me that they had to send it back to the factory for an expert opinion, after a few days they phoned me to tell me that they could not replace it that I had damaged it. .moral of the story, I spent € 70.00 to find myself a jacket I could never wear.
