★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato nel negozio di Celle per chiedere informazioni su di una puleggia rotta in un deragliatore Campagnolo vintage di una bici che sto restaurando. La signora che mi ha accolto è sparita nel retro bottega ed è apparsa con una puleggia consona al mio deragliatore. Quant'è chiedo, nulla mi risponde è di recupero . Un plauso per la gentilezza e disponibilità , mi hanno risolto il problema senza chiedermi contropartita. Grandi !
 I got into the Celle store to ask about a broken pulley in a vintage Campagnolo derailleur of a bike I'm restoring. The lady who welcomed me has disappeared in the back of the shop and appeared with a pulley suited to my derailleur. How much wonder, nothing says I recovery. A praise for the kindness and availability, I have solved the problem without asking me for compensation. Great!

Olmo commercializza prodotti di ottimo livello con prezzi corretti, se poi ad inizio anno si riesce pure ad approfittare di un buono sconto... a distanza di 2 anni e 10.000 km percorsi sono pienamente soddisfatto della scelta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avranno anche delle belle bici ma la persona dietro il bancone potrebbe essere più gentile e disponobile. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni sulle pedalata assistita, ci ha risposto solo con "si" e "no". Un po' pochino per una spesa simile. Compreremo altrove, peccato.
They will also have nice bikes but the person behind the counter might be kinder and more helpful. We asked for explanations on the pedal assistance, he only answered with "yes" and "no". A little bit for a similar expense. We will buy elsewhere, too bad.
