Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass es ein Shop ist, der sich auf Qualität und Rennsport spezialisiert hat und dementsprechende Produkte führt. Wer supergünstige Ware sucht wird hier evtl nicht glücklich. Aber Preise sind sehr fair und ich habe ein tolles Angebot bekommen. Danke ans Team? competence and friendliness. Bought skis and boots there. I got good advice. To be fair, it has to be said that it is a shop that specializes in quality and racing and has corresponding products. If you are looking for super cheap goods, you may not be happy here. But prices are very fair and I got a great deal. Thanks to the team?

Auf den Kunden wird nicht eingegangen und der Service ist einfach schrecklich. Skier online verfügbar aber im Geschäft nicht Katastrophe. Skicenter, mich als Kunde habt Ihr sicherlich zum letzten Mal gesehen. Always liked going here because of the products and the good offers. Meanwhile one is dumped very elegantly cheeky. The customer is neglected and the service is just terrible. Skis available online but not disaster in store. Skicenter, you saw me as a customer for the last time.

They claim it takes them to deliver the goods within 24h, sometimes slightly more when it's abroad and far away... By this moment I am waiting already 10 days from the moment of payment and my skis are not even on the way yet. They don't speak english and not even google translate helps them to be able to reasonably answer my e-mails. Their support stopped answering my e-mails completely for a few days - they just ignored me. Than they just told me "We will send the skis next week" and there is zero explanation to this delay and no apology whatsoever. It is ridiculous... And on top of that their e-shop is broken or they don't know how to manage product pages properly... Poor.
D	Dobry Smok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My initial feedback was very negative: "This company looks like it's bankrupt. No response, no order shipment, no response to emails, not picking up the phone. Or maybe it's a scam. Avoid at all costs!" Update: I finally received my product and it seems that was a problem with the manufacturer not having stocks, hence I correct from one star to three. Still if the company runs an online shop then someone must be responding questions about orders and keep the paying customer like me informed. Hope they fix the issues with the online shop and fix the issues that I encountered when ordering online.
