★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unverschämt arrogant. Wollte einen kompletten Service für Gabel und Dämpfer in Auftrag geben. Ca. 200 Euro. "Canyon? Ich mache keine Versenderbikes." Ich: Entschuldigung, ich bin zum MTB Festival hier, sie sind Fox Specialist und ich bezahle ja ihre Werkstattleistung.
"Ist mir egal, ich hab genug zu tun, und hab mich doch klar ausgedrückt, keine Versender."
Aber den Laden voller Cube stehen haben, die man überall online bestellen kann. ??
Outrageously arrogant. Wanted to commission a complete service for fork and damper. Approx. 200 euros. "Canyon? I don't make mail order bikes." Me: Sorry, I'm here for the MTB Festival, you are a Fox Specialist and I'm paying for your workshop service.
"I don't care, I have enough to do, and I made myself clear, no dispatchers."
But have the shop full of cubes that you can order online anywhere. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wollten gerne mal vorbeischauen, gerade auch weil hier mein Lieblingshersteller TREK verkauft wird. Ich fahre selbst ein Cyclocross von TREK und interessiere mich für das Emonda SL6 Pro, als ich mir das Rad genauer anschauten wollte, ist der Herr schier ausgerastet. Einen Helm wollte ich eigentlich auf jeden Fall kaufen, aber wenn ich so behandelt werde, zahle ich lieber woanders oder behalte mein Geld.
Der Verkäufer machte einen sehr arroganten Eindruck. Schade, denn ich bin sonst anderes gewohnt.

I ride a TREK cyclocross myself and am interested in the Emonda SL6 Pro, when I wanted to take a closer look at the bike, the man almost freaked out. I definitely wanted to buy a helmet, but if I'm treated like that, I'd rather pay somewhere else or keep my money.
The seller made a very arrogant impression. It's a shame because I'm used to other things.
