Ich kann "NARDELLO" uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen! Avevo una ruota bloccata con il catenaccio l avevo portata a piedi in peso . Doveva farmi delle bucature piu montare un seggiolino per mia figlia . Compreso il totale del prezzo aggiunendo i lavori da fare all ' altra bici penso saremo arrivati sui 100 euro. Non discuto il prezzo ero deciso nel far effettuare il lavoro . A quel punto gli chiedo se gentilmente dava un okkiata ai freni considerando che la bici da montare il seggiolino era per mia moglie e la piccola e lui mi risponde in maniera sgorbudica NO!! NON ho tempo da perdere. A quel punto l ho mandato a quel paese. Un commerciante deve saper trattare i clienti e soprattutto se si tratta di manutenzione a dei mezzi di trasporto dove ci sono di mezzo bambini. Veramente una persona poco cordiale. Nella discussione é internvenuto un suo collaboratore come a dire vada vada , e mi hanno chiuso la porta in faccia senza preoccuparsi se ero con la bici in panne . Un ' episodio molto triste in una cittadina molto ben organizzata come Bressanone. I don't question his professionalism, but I went to troubleshoot my old bikes. I had a wheel locked with the bolt I had carried on foot by weight. He had to get me some holes plus fit a car seat for my daughter. Including the total price by adding the work to be done to the other bike, I think we will have reached 100 euros. I do not argue the price I was set in having the work done. At that point I ask him if he kindly gave an okkiata to the brakes considering that the bike to mount the seat was for my wife and the little one and he replies in a scabby way NO !! I have no time to lose. At that point I sent him to that country. A merchant must know how to deal with customers and especially when it comes to maintenance of means of transport where there are half children. Really an unfriendly person. In the discussion one of his collaborators intervened as if to say go go, and they closed the door in my face without worrying if I was with the bike broken down. A very sad episode in a very well organized town like Bressanone.

Manuel supported all the way through the purchase and delivery process, providing information in a timely manner and making sure that the delivery would arrive the desired date.
