★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose ollo store over a competetor paying a premium because ollo guaranteed delivery in 2 days. The competetor would not specify delivery time therefore I accepted the best offer and Paid the premiun price. In reality Ollo delivered 2 days late causing me considerable logistic grief.
Ollo cannot blame the courier because the courierwas too busy. Ollo should choose a courier who respects their delivery conditions.
On a positive note Ollo communicated insistently with the courier to try and righten the wrong as soon as possible.

I have to say that they are very present before and after sale. This is how ALL companies should be, but we are far from this unfortunately...
They responded immediately to my question by email.
They could keep the fridge for me for about a month to make it easier for me
They responded immediately to a problem I had with the fridge (it functions well, just the door was hit during transport)
They opened the claim with Samsung and Samsung called me to accommodate my need.
Perfect in everything. Problems might appear, that is human, but the important is the attitude and willingness to help.
