Spiego con calma la situazione e mi viene posta una serie di possibili problemi. Dopo avergli dimostrato con i fatti che il problema era da un altra parte (se solo mi avesse ascoltato) mi viene consigliato di chiamare la VERA assistenza. EVIDENTEMENTE seccato dal fatto che (essendo rimasto insoddisfatto) gli stessi ripetendo il problema che non era stato capace di risolvere, mi congeda dicendomi che la conversazione era finita li. Esco dal negozio e, essendomi sentito preso in giro, decido di fare 100 metri e visitare il negozio in Piazza della vittoria. Inutile dire che il ragazzo IN CHIUSURA mi ha comunque gentilmente accolto e non solo, ha risolto il problema che l'altro INCAPACE non era stato in grado di risolvere. IN 30 SECONDI.
