È stato davvero gentilissimo e disponibile, sicuramente tornerò!
 I bought a big appliance and I couldn't claim the bonus, I called the shop and the clerk did it for me!
He was really super nice and helpful, I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più, non mi è stato possibile comprare un semplice telecomando universale per la tv perchè l'addetto non mi ha voluto indicare quale poteva andare bene per il toshiba perchè senza l'erichetta della televisione non me lo vendeva, NEANCHE VOLUTO INDICARE quindi io non avevo modo di sapere quale andava eventualmente bene,l'etichetta della televisone non c'è e quindi niente telecomendo.
Poco male comprerò su Amazon dove ho sempre comprato senza che i telecomandi avessero il ben che minimo problema e al Trony non ci metto piu piede :)
Never again, it was not possible for me to buy a simple universal remote control for the TV because the attendant did not want to indicate which one could be suitable for the toshiba because without the television hose he would not sell it to me, NEVER WANTED TO INDICATE therefore I do not I had the opportunity to know which one was going well, the label of the television is not there and therefore no remote control.
Never mind I will buy on Amazon where I have always bought without the remote controls having the slightest problem and I don't set foot on the Trony anymore :)
